Buying materials in volume is a major piece of the Simonson plan. Our buyers centrally purchase materials for all locations, consolidating the demand of all our yards. We have full-time professional buyers-a luxury most independent lumber yards can't afford. We care about the materials we source, which is why our vendors compete to earn the Simonson Endorsement-meaning they've gone above and beyond expectations for quality, service, and integrity.They work with our buyers to become a preferred vendor by enhancing the value of their programs so that our sales staff has tangible advantages.

The Outside Sales Representative, OSR, is "the face of the company" to our builders/contractor/consumer customers. Chad is super helpful and wonderful to work with. I went in there for a new front door after shopping around at other places in St. Cloud and not having a good experience. Chad was very knowledgeable and was able to make my dream door a possibility. I got everything I wanted with the door and hardware I ordered right down to the color. He also found a contractor to install it for me. Thank you Chad!

Worked with Dan on some details about a new house plan. Really appreciated his taking a lot of time with us, his knowledge, and how personable he was. I'd say this is a good place to talk to people about the details of Building Materials, doors, windows, pretty much anything having to do with building. Friendly long-term Saint Cloud supplier.

THIS COMPANY HAS THE RUDEST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES A COMPANY CAN POSSIBY HAVE, THEY ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. YOU CALL IN ASKING TO SPEAK TO SOMONE NICELY AND THEY JUST IGNORE YOU, SAY NO, AND HANG UP ON YOU LIKE IF YOU WERE A DOG FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR
