After being a repeat customer of Cardinal building supply again i ordered $4000 worth of material. it was delivered to my property in a timely manner the problem is the delivery guy's damaged some product that I already had there sitting on the site. to get there truck back further they threw this product over to the side damaging it. I then called Cardinal building supply to let them be aware of the situation and that they needed to replace the pieces that were damaged, they completely took the side of the delivery guys without even hearing my side of the facts basically calling me a liar over $150 worth of product and then hanging up on me.
I was shocked and could not believe they would act this way to any customer. I am a home builder and I will NEVER do business with cardinal again. the fact that they are willing to loose a customer over something as this tells you enugh about themselves.
