Garage Door Fixer is stellar in every way! Our garage door would not come down, due to both mechanical and electrical issues. The first company we contacted for an estimate filled out a check list of issues, quoted the mechanical repairs as being about $700, that we would need an electrician to come, and once that was done quoted about $800 for a new motor if that proved necessary.

In comparison, Jacob from Garage Door Fixer, our second estimate, quickly assessed AND repaired the mechanical, electrical and automatic issues, all for much much less than the first bid. Competent, efficient, reasonable, resourceful and fair. We were fully operational by the time Jacob left. Excellent service!

We just moved into our home and the garage door started to act up the first week we were here. After struggling with it for a couple of weeks it finally just would not go down all the way so I called Garage Door Fixer LLC after reviewing the reviews for garage door companies that service Conway. I called late Wednesday afternoon and set an appointment for Thursday morning.

The young man showed up on time, actually called me when he was 15 minutes away to let me know his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all of my options. The original door was falling apart and the opener was not functioning properly so the only way to really fix it was to replace everything. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to get my door quickly so we scheduled an appointment for first thing Friday morning.

He showed up on time and got to work right away. Within 2 hours I had a new door and opener, the old door was loaded on his truck and the mess cleaned up. I love the look of my new door! Called David this morning after my builder's motor broke. He had Seth over by lunchtime and got it fixed quickly and professionally. He also set up my cars button feature to open the doors. Highly recommend fast friendly service.

Seth came out within 2 hours of me making the call and took about an hour to completely fix our door and make some adjustments which improved it's overall functionality. He upgraded the springs in the system so that they would support the door better and adjusted the tension of the belt on my chamberlain door opener. He also took the time to lubricate wheels and bearings.

He also took the time to reinforce the attachment point of the opener as the single piece of metal I had installed years ago was pretty flimsy. All I'm saying is that he fixed the problem as well made other improvements to prevent future issues. I'd recommend this guy to anyone.

I called and they had a repairman out here in an hour. They fixed our garage door and adjusted it, lubed it, and explained everything to us. Fast and very friendly service. Highly recommend. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option!

About an hour later, our garage door was working like new again after Seth replaced the springs. I highly recommend them.

We called at the end of the work day, and they went ahead and scheduled us for the very first slot the next morning. We thought we were going to have to get an entirely new garage door, but they were able to come and bang out some dents and replace a few small pieces of the door for next to nothing! Did a great job replacing the broken springs and servicing my garage door. I called around 9 a.m. and he was at my house by 2 p.m. and my garage door was working by 3 p.m. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on what I told him and charge me exactly what the estimate was.
