For over 45 years we have evolved to the current state of the art fabrication facility that can produce small to medium size quantities with a high degree of quality on a recurring basis. We specialize in difficult fabricated assemblies. Our CNC AMADA turret presses realize our commitment to lowest possible tooling costs, strict adherence to close tolerance and on-schedule deliveries. The Auto-Index feature makes it possible to cut complex forms from a single worksheet, considerably reducing the labor of subsequent operations.

Our powder coat system consists of five (5) stage iron phosphate conveyor metal preparation cleaner, dry-off oven and baking oven (the ultimate required for providing a good, reliable bond between metal substrates and finish). We utilize a Gema OptiFlex 2 Manual Powder Coating System, the world's most advanced manual powder coating technology, which allows us to spray all powder coating materials with ease, and coat complex geometries with outstanding efficiency and quality.The conveyor has a variable speed drive adjustable for baking time and temperature.

We apply assurance procedures that guarantee your specifications for fit and finish are being achieved at all times. Our implementation of statistical quality control for measuring process reliability will insure the quality of the finished product being delivered to you.

We will work with your technical staff to provide production quality prototypes and first class service. Our engineering resources and experience are used on a broad range of diversified products. This supports our customer's design efforts for cost reduction and assembly simplification prior to production.
