I bought over $5000 worth composite decking and was told they had it ready for pick up. But I drive 2 hours to pick it up and they had already given it someone else. Then tell me they don't have enough on the yard to cover my order. Or when I will get the. Horrible customer service with no professionalism whatsoever. Avoid at all cost if possible.

Had to get some galvanized hasps and they had some in stock. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that they have been here a long time and are still in business. I've seen their sign for decades off the highway. My dad used to go to them for stuff a lot. I finally got to stop in for something I needed!

Good folks and very helpful. Feels good to support a local business. They went out of their way to make some parts for me while I was there because the ones they had weren't right. I was pretty impressed at the level of service. Prices seemed reasonable though not the cheapest local availability and helpful staff makes it worth it

Wonderful selection of hardware, stainless steel hardware, and lumber products. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in answering product questions, as well as estimating your needs for a particular project. I have been going to this place for about 8 years now, and they are definitely better than the corporate big-box stores.
