Stone Plus

We came in to find some stone for our project and we were very pleased with the selection available. On top of that, we had a great experience with the staff who was available to answer all the questions we had. Special thanks to Larry for pulling a pallet of the flagstone down that we needed more of and helping us figure out how much we needed and loading it for us.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I loved picking out my own stones! They have an amazing assortment and huge selection. They even assisted me with putting them in my car. I will be back there soon for sure. I recommend to everyone if they need stones, rocks or mulch. They have too much to even list here.

It is sad when a company employee (maybe not fully trained?) is telling customers that another company has smaller buckets. What else are they saying about their company, products, or service? I would recommend "fully training" your employee(s) to deal in facts, not #fakenews.

Interesting boulders, half azz sales people. I was interested in buying a Boulder for my yard as part of landscaping. The particular approx one ton Boulder I was interested in was almost 1K. I would expect that paying that much, the sales person would know a little bit about it, like what kind of rock. Me: "is that a slate Boulder?" Him: "no that's a PA Boulder". Me: "I see the PA sign on it but what's it made out of?" Him: "Oh, it's a PA Boulder". Me: "yeah but is it slate?" Him "I don't know". That would be bad enough but he also kind of had a know it all attitude, forget it.

Have yet to make my orders, but the good looking gentlemen at this place are super helpful. Provide good advice and guidance on your home projects. Offer so many options in stone, pavers, rocks, garden edgings. Excited to get started. And even have slabs for countertops!

Went to stone plus a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I got there they were right there to help me. Even though they didn't have exactly what I needed, they took my number and said to give them couple days to find it. I got a call back a couple of hours later, they were able to find what I was looking for. Came to pick it up the next day! Thank you!

Great experience. Very professional, patient and quick service. Helped us pick out rocks for our yard. Wasn't sure how many we needed and they were sure to help figure it out with measuring tape. Loaded the rocks in the bed of the truck, paid and was in and out quickly. Couldn't believe that could be done without an appointment! Thanks!

The customer service here is exceptional and the product, specially the white river rock and feather stones, are really nice. Bought it this morning and was delivered the same day.

This place is awesome! Great staff! Always ready to help you find what you need! They have lots of supplies and if they don't they can find it! Price point is average for stone. I will definitely use them for my rock waterfall coming up next year! Thanks stone plus!

Like everyone else, I was told about Stone Plus by numerous fellow rock painters. Anxious to get some large, smooth river rocks to paint, I grabbed my empty bucket & drove all the way across town. I'd like to happily say, it was WELL worth it! When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman who showed me where to go, and told me I could back up to the rocks so I didn't have to carry the heavy bucket all the way back to the front.

I enjoyed being able to pick out what rocks I wanted, and being able to take my time doing it without anyone pressuring me to hurry. (They weren't very busy, that being said.) When I was finished, my total was $2! I was blown away at the price! I was expecting it to be so much more, for all that I got. Super good prices and deals going on here. I'd like to add as well, that they have plenty other things for your garden/landscaping needs, and take pride in helping their customers out in any way that they can.

I picked up my Dad to come here with me today to pick up some stones/rocks for decorating. It started raining, so he stayed in my truck. The young gentleman that was working inside was very helpful to me. I drove out to the far left corner where the kind of rocks I needed, grabbed my bucket and loaded up as quickly as possible because of the rain.

Then I drove back up the the store, I showed him how much I had in my bucket. He originally told me, it would be $5.00 plus tax. I did not get too many, so he only charged me $1.35! I was very happy. I love this place. It you need anything as far a small stones to huge boulders, this is the place to come to. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Great experience. I ordered a cubic yard of stone and they delivered the same day. The pricing was reasonable; less than the home improvement store charges. All the associates I interacted with were courteous and helpful. The delivery driver was cordial and accommodating. I will definitely shop there again in the future.

We recently went to Stone Plus to buy river rocks and feather rocks for our yard. Hubby is extending the water feature by adding a small waterfall and then decorating the entrance with some feather rock. We went to Stone Plus, thinking to take a browse before going to other locations that we have previously visited. Well I am glad we made Stone Plus our first stop that weekend because we didn't have to look any further.

The variety of the rocks was impressive (for us at least). We weren't experience in buying rocks for this type of project and weren't sure how much to buy, but the sales associates were very very friendly and helpful. He even jokingly said something to the effect of "no worries, we'll be here until 5 PM today." And LOL we DID have to go back that same day to pick up more. We've probably gone to Stone Plus about 4-5 times since our first visit, picking up variety of rocks for our small yard projects. Every single time, the staff have been friendly, making this our 'go-to' store when buying rocks.

Buyer Beware! I was working with Kim at Corporate Office to resolve an issue and she provided a false sense of resolution. After a variety of delays and stall tactics, management made no effort to correct the problem and in the end refused to do the right thing. I am extremely dissatisfied. The company takes short cuts and has no integrity. For peace of mind, avoid any dealing with Stone Plus.

I found this place by accident. I knew the name but didn't know they were tucked away behind Granger. They are a lot smaller then the big lot down the road and their price reflects that to. They gave me a lot of attention and that's what I like. To be made to feel like they want my business.

Stone Plus has a great selection of items to choose from. The prices are ok - not the lowest I've found but reasonable. They deliver to your home so you don't have to worry about loading up your truck. The sales people in general are courteous but the sales person we delt with was really quick to help another customer when he heard that we did not need as much stone as the other customer did. This is the only reason I gave them a 3 start rating and not 4 or 5. It is definately worth a trip.

If you are looking to add any type of stone hardscaping to your backyard, forget the big chain home improvement stores and go to Stone Plus. The assortment of stones available will make your head spin, so definitely have a good feel for what your design plan is before heading into this pebbly nirvana! Otherwise you may spend a lot of additional time, (like I did) re-designing your original plan with 18 different kinds of rock.

The website has some great gallery pictures if you need some inspiration. Have no fear however, as the sales associates are incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all things stony. Actually, they are knowledgeable on mulch, topsoil's and sand as well. We had Stone Plus deliver our river rock, and delivery costs were minimal considering the weight of the load. And, when we went the staff said if any of our neighbors had anything they wanted delivered they would split the delivery cost in half. Gotta love that!

Stone plus also carries additional items like yard benches you can decorate with flagstone, pavers and stone retaining wall bricks. Although I am not ambitious enough to build a waterscape in my yard, you may want to consider going here for words of wisdom and the supplies to do so. They have all the items needed - drain pipes, pond liners, etc. Their prices are reasonable, delivery was next day and the selection was incredible!
