For over 40 years Linn Products has been bringing a fresh approach and innovation to the aluminum fabrication industry. Landing his first customer by assisting them in the re-design of their product, Randy Linn began Linn Products with the simple mission of providing well engineered parts in the most efficient manner.
Extruding aluminum is the most innovative forming process for metal, allowing designers unlimited creativity and imagination to specify profiles to meet exact, specialized needs. After working with our engineering team on design features, the process begins with creation of metal dies which precisely match the profile of the shape specified by the customer.
The ease of cutting, forming and machining aluminum extrusions is an important advantage in fabricating complex designs. Cut-to-length: cut length held to as tight as.004 in (.1 mm) tolerance, squareness tolerance held to as tight as 0.5 degrees, minimal burr. Drill, tap, countersink/bore: Ideal for component fit-up requirements, finished and exposed surfaces and assemblies.
Anodizing is the most effective and efficient method of finishing for four primary reasons:. Exterior anodic coatings provide stability to ultraviolet rays, do not chip or peel, and are easily repeatable. Most anodized profiles have an extremely long life span. Anodizing is a reacted finish that is integrated with the underlying aluminum for total bonding and unmatched adhesion.

I had a couple of friends work there and I even applied one day to work for them. We all hated working for the company, mainly because they were inconsiderate and also because they didn't care about the employees. I would feel bad for anybody having to work there and work for Linn.

Linn Products has proven to be a huge blessing to our family. My husband has never done this kind of work, but they have trained him and now for the first time in our entire marriage he is able to be home for dinner and spend the evenings with our family. We were initially concerned about the lower pay compared to his previous job, but between overtime offered and bonuses we have been just fine. God has truly worked it all for good!

Had to deliver to them this morning & from the ladies answering the phone to the guys unloading everyone is super nice! Would deliver here anytime & they do allow parking over night or you can park on the street right by the building!

Uneducated and inappropriate mgmt, including HR. Family owned, yet treats workers with no respect and dispensable. Employees were allowed to use one plastic cup daily with no lid to drink Gatorade on hot days and no where to rinse it out. Drinking this with metal/aluminum shavings in it IS a health hazard. This is just one example of the poor trmt exhibited at this factory. I would recommend looking elsewhere when looking for work.

If roads are bad even with a state of emergancy snow with roads shut down they still require you to work even if you cannot make it. Everyone is replaceable there, they dont care about the employees but the numbers produced rather. Very sad

I have been working here for over a year and can say without a doubt that this is a great place to work. The work is steady, the people are great. There is your average amount of drama to deal with, but thats nothing out of the norm. As long as youre willing to work hard then theyre willing to work with you. And the pay is decent. With the overtime your checks are more than satisfactory.
