Very pleasant gentleman to work with. They both took the time to look my unit over, . Listen to my concerns and questions. They were very straight up and honest with me. They both made me feel comfortable and not stupid. I'm a lady and most men will take advantage of our intelligence. Bob and his side kick did not make me feel dumb.
