Their bad service and attitude to me is worth a review. The "service" department was unresponsive to 6 separate phone attempts to solve an issue from their install 3 years ago. I paid them to reinstall a sink that was falling out of the countertop. When the service technician completed the sink attachment he must have inadvertently pushed back the flex connectors (super tight sink fit in cabinet) back and loosened the nuts so water was leaking/dripping from those connections.
It was not leaking prior so after I saw the leak asked him to fix/tighten. He said he didn't have tools and they are not responsible for tightening connections and it already had a leak ( I think he said this because the cabinet had water stains inside which we did have a leak last year from drain and drain connection was replaced and no leak since).
The hot and cold water faucets worked prior to him arriving. A call to the company service manager was met with a story that I supposedly confirmed that my son had turned the water off and caused a leak (a complete falsehood). The service manager was rude and condescending; said they are not responsible and don't have those tools. Now I need to hire expensive plumber to come ($150 min in my area) and futz around with it to attempt to properly tighten. Rude and ridiculous as it would be an easy thing for them to do or come back with someone who can solve problem.
I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU use another one of the great companies in the Chicago area for your stone and tile install if this is their attitude and lack of care or service. They have a "lack of service" department, not a "service" department.

****Company has resolved the problem by cleaning the stains and discovering an effective method to clean in the future. THANK YOU! ***company is currently working with me to resolve this July 2019*** will update accordingly **December 2019 still no resolution Had the Michelangelo quartz installed. It's white and it naturally develops surface stains due to its color.
I originally gave 1 star for poor customer service upon calling to complain basically being told to deal with it by hiring our own restorer. The company has since moved on from that employee and has worked with us to resolve the issue.

This place is utterly ridiculous and customer service, sales person, management and the owner definitely dropped the ball on this one and there acknowledgement of this situation is way past poor. I spent $4000.00 on some nice looking Granite countertops and $2000.00 on some nice marble window seals n within months the Granite countertops begun to fade very bad and the Marble window seals arrived to my home scratched n bruised and was still installed without my knowing so I called the EXOTIC MARBLE GLENVIEW STORE several times to finally reach someone with the promise of someone was gonna come out n look@the fading but to no avail no one came out then finally spoke with the owner n another promise was giving for someone to come out but not excuted then they all around stop answering or returning my calls I'm very dissapointed with this companys SALES REP, MANAGEMENT and the OWNER! #suchtotalripoff
