Universal Supply, now nineteen locations strong and servicing New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Connecticut, was founded in 1965 by Joseph Umosella, Jr. From the start, Joe applied his personal code of ethics that were instilled in him as a child, which serves as Universal Supply's business philosophy to this day - unsurpassed customer service, top of the line products and a focus on customer success, rather than his own.Through hard work and their ability to bring an authentic value proposition to the market, Universal Supply not only survived their first decade in business, but thrived.

In spite of the frustration of Covid delays with orders, Chris B. did everything possible to arrange for the replacement of our defective hurricane impact window. As the "middle man" between us and the manufacturer, he was in a tough position. We appreciate his sincere efforts in finally helping us to resolve our order. Thank you, Chris.

ZERO stars to the counter associate Luis. It is not the first time that I had poor costumer service from him but on 06/17/2020 around 10am was the WORST. I arrived at the store and he didn't move a single muscle in an effort to help out. He gave me a nasty look when I said good morning, why? He was EATING on the counter, and when he had to leave he was walking around the store with a food bowl on his hands. WHAT?
He was super annoyed when I asked for an specific item and 20 minutes later he ended up needing help from another associate. How many more costumers Universal will have to lose until you take appropriate action?
