Their customer service representatives are helpful and don't seem annoyed if you ask multiple questions or if you have to ask them for extra printouts you forgot about earlier. I took up a lot of the rep's time by asking her more questions than most people usually do. We have been planning to renovate our main bathroom for a couple of years because we wanted to save up enough money to buy high quality materials and hire 4 professionals (Electrical, Carpentry, Tile, and a plumber).
All of them had to be licensed and insured with sample pics of their work. If possible, we wanted to have customer ratings and comments about the professionals too. Snow and Jones, Inc. understood our needs and took time to make sure we were able to have privacy but could easily find the sales person if need be.

My wife and I are remodeling two bath rooms so we made a trip to Snow & Jones for a jet tub, 2 vanities and bathroom fixtures. The sales people are unfriendly, condescending and don't follow up as they state they will. We bought our jet tub at a competitor as our saleswoman couldn't bother to send us a follow up email. After ordering bathroom fixtures over $2,000, it took over a month for delivery and only after persistent phone calls and emails. Had to cancel part of our order because it still wasn't going to be delivered for several more days.
Would have been nice to be informed along the way as we anxiously waited for our products to be delivered. Overall bad communication and bad attitudes made us very sorry for our purchase when we could have gone elsewhere and been appreciated as a customer.

Worked with Rachell in there show room to order everything for a complete revamp of the Master Bath. To order specialty products during this pandemic was more then challenging at no fault of there's! Thru every delay and update Rachelle plus her associates worked extra hard to keep track of what we had plus what was still back ordered. They could not be any more helpful to make this project come full circle.
Then when One piece was missing from the faucet set Anthony on the counter went over and above to get me the Nut and washer needed to finish the Install. You might save a few bucks at the Big Box Lowes or Home depot but your time and effort is worth way more. Let there Professional people help you from start to finish. You wont find better people or better products. Thanks Rachell, Anthony and associates. Steve C.

We are remodeling our kitchen & introduced to Snow & Jones by our Kitchen designer. We came in on Saturday to purchase our fixtures & faucets. My husband had a few questions about Waterstone vs Perrin & Rowe so we wanted to speak to a salesperson. The showroom was quite busy as it was a Saturday and we understood. We waited (and waited) and our name was put on a list to be assisted when a salesperson was available.
Almost an hour later, we were called up (they did apologize for the wait, etc) and pointed to a desk where a salesperson was typing away. I introduced myself (having previously met her with my kitchen designer) and she simply said: "We close in 20 minutes, what can I order for you". Seriously? Needless to say, we left. I've purchased all the of items from different companies online and from another fixuture showroom with no difference in price.
So here's my advice: Go to Snow and Jones and pick out your items and find them online --the customer service will be certainly be better and since online shopping is open 24 hours you won't have to worry about "closing in 20 minutes."
