Industrial supplies are typically much larger. Manufacturers, factories, schools, hospitals, maintenance departments, and waste water facilities are all served as Industrial customers. Although, many times the parts are installed by plumbers. Industrial parts typically are pipes, valves and fitting applications that can be repetitive in an assembly process.
Our Kitchen and Bath showroom is kept up to date with all of the quality products you are looking for. The staff is experienced and friendly. Chris Gibson (as recommended by Muncie plumber Ivan Gregory) listened, understood my residential water line replacement dilemma, and quickly showed me exactly what I needed, how to use it, rang me up, and I was out within 15 mins - that was after spending an hour at Menards not getting what I needed there. I needed certain threads to meet the water meter, a 90, and Chris gave me all the right stuff that helped me finish the project before sundown. Highly recommend you start with Knapp Supply first. I'm not going to give them a one star because I haven't had the pleasure of using their business. Many good reviews but one thing is for sure: their drivers are dangerous. I know for a fact that one of their drivers was going way over 60, and they were so close to the cars in front of them that if they had been brake checked, there would for sure be an accident. If your business values speed over safety, count me out of your business.
