Cannot get salesman to call me to answer questions. Receptionist tells me to send email. I send email asking for them to call me regarding some questions and he responds with an installation link. Thanks!

We used Pacific Stone for our pool coping in the first quarter of 2020. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. The product they manufacture is terrible quality and their customer service is non existent. Our pool contractor contacted them about the poor quality in the coping and that the coping was discolored and Greg their sales representative never even responded.

I have called their offices and left more than 6 messages for Greg and he has yes to respond. When I did not get a response from Greg I contacted the owner Scott whom also has never responded. I have sent multiple emails trying to get some help with this issue. The coping is marbling, chipping and flaking off in our pool. Our pool is only 13 months old so this is not acceptable.

Ordered some Pacific Stone wall caps through Modern Builder. The order took 6 weeks to arrive which was past the 4 week estimate. Then on the plastic wrap someone wrote with a sharpie the incorrect number of wall caps which was 2 less than I was supposed to receive, and then when my installer opened the plastic wrap there was actually 7 less pieces than I was supposed to receive. Terrible experience, and whoever put the wall caps onto the palettes and shrink wrapped it did not know how to count.

We have a Tuscan style home that we recently remodeled, including the landscaping. Our goal was to create a yard looking more like a modern winery you'd find in Napa, rather than the traditional Tuscan style landscaping common in the 2007 - 2014 era. With the addition of a pool, outdoor kitchen, bench, firepit, and fountain, we found Pacific Stone's precast concrete designs to be modern and elevate the richness of our landscaping. Additionally, by using Pacific Stone's precast concrete, rather than brick, for our outdoor kitchen, we were able to reduce labor costs, affording us the ability to create an even more spectacular kitchen, while not compromising an inch on quality. We are thrilled with the finished product.

Very rude, hung up on twice, without reason asked for Lucinda. Very unprofessional. There are many other businesses doing the same thing, your first impression should be a good one.

BUYERS BEWARE. Very unhappy customer. We are a contractor and have used them a total of 4 times. First two times we were happy with the product however it did take longer then promised. 3rd order had several cracked pieces when we unwrapped the pallet which they blamed on us. 4th order was not coping but water bowls. They were beautiful however 2 months after installing them the started with hairline crack which turned into better cracks leaking everywhere. It has been 4 months and I still do not have new bowls. My customer has been understanding but now it's beyond ridiculous! They do not stand behind the product what so ever!

PACIFIC STONE manufactured pool coping and pavers on our pool deck. The product was exceptional. We really appreciated the communication, cooperation, and timeliness of our project. Scott was professional in every regard. We highly recommend this company.

Our wall and wall caps from Pacific Stone Design are the envy of the neighborhood. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, and we could not be any happier!

We used Pacific Stone for our back yard fire pit and surrounding sitting wall. It came out looking amazing and is exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the product and installation. We also had a custom fireplace hearth put in our living room. They designed and built a mold just for this application, produced the large single pre-cast piece, and custom fit it during installation.

It looks wonderful and I cannot imagine any other solution for this application that would look anywhere near as unique or perfect. It gave us exactly the look we were looking for.

Loved working with this company on the design of our 3 fire places for our La Quinta house! Looking forward to completing many more projects with them!
