Secondary operations such as rounding, pointing, chamfering, drilling, tenoning, slotting, ferruling and finishing can be provided on wood dowels; and wood turnings can be manufactured plain or finished to your exacting standards.

About Us Report

H. Arnold Wood Turning was founded by Herman Arnold and his son William in 1919. They opened shop in Brooklyn, New York making hand turnings. Not too long thereafter, always the innovator, H. Arnold Wood Turning began to use some of the first semi automated wood lathes. During the Great Depression of the 1930's, the company concentrated on making wooden buttons which helped them ride out the harsh economic times.
