Despite how nice the counter ended up being, the absolute lack of communication and that it took almost 5 months to complete our job, which was not big at all, makes me never want to use this company again! I will not refer them to anyone! For the price they charged, I should not have always had to keep reaching out for updates, they seemed to treat us with total disinterest.
I don't want excuses or care what their issues were, their customer service needs a serious overhaul! If you want your job to take forever and constantly have to reach out to them for updates and follow up, this is the company for you!

I ordered 2 sets of quartz counter tops for a kitchen upstairs and a bhasement apartment kitchen counter and small island. There was a huge selection of granite and quartz with varying prices for just about every budget. They send someone to measure right away. I also chose a rectangular stainless steel undergoing sink from them which was reasonably priced.
They are very busy but if you know what you want just make sure you order 2 to 3 weeks in advance. This isn't big box retail so I am willing to wait for a super price. Three weeks sound like a lot and I hear people complaining but I had other work to do in the house so we timed it accordingly. They were professional and pleasant and the prices were excellent. I will use them again.
