Old Triad Door did a great job on our garage door. It was installed in a timely manner. When we had issues because of a new garage floor bubble, they sent out The Garage Door SEAL King. The Seal King tweaked our door until it closed just right. The owner, Ken Humphrey, answers the phone and does not hide behind a voice machine. Unlike large companies, Ken takes responsibility for his products and service. So yes I'd buy from him again.

This experience with Original Triad Door was beyond excellent! I reached out to them on Facebook and their response was immediate and my appointment was schedule within days. My technician was here when he said he would be, he was professional and had my garage door fixed within an hour. Their prices are more than fair. I would highly recommend Original Triad Door.

The Vince, our technician, arrived early after calling first for approval. He was very professional and knew everything that needed to be done including finding the power outage. The door works great after adjusting the chain linkage and lubricating everything. He also took care of the spring adjustment. We would highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough positive things about the two gentleman that framed and installed our garage door. They were fast to book the appointment, extremely punctual. The framing, installation and finishing were superb! They were missing part of the door and went back to the warehouse to pick one up to finish my garage when promised! They are extremely professional and courteous! I am so thankful I found them!

From the phone call to customer service rep to Handshake with my technician Eric at the job completion, the service was awesome. I made the call and upon asking if I was available the next day, I stated I needed someone out asap. They were able to schedule me same day with a 3-5 appt time but at 2:10 I got a text that my technician was on the way. Eric got to my home at 2:30 and was nothing short of professional.
He was extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in his field. Awesome job to this company! will call should any other garage door needs come up. They also go me squared away with a wifi garage door opener! Something I had been wanting for months!

Eric did an excellent job fixing our garage door. Our door stopped every few feet when opening. He fixed it so it opens and closes smoothly. He was quick, efficient and obviously knew his stuff. And the cost was reasonable. Glad we found Original Triad Door. We'll definitely use them if we need help in the future.

So I woke up this morning and hit my door garage I was so upset I hurry up and called around and they impressed me on how fast they sent someone to my home, same day in less than an hour. The tech was also amazing his name was Eric, he did a quick fix and was very polite made my day better. I am definitely gone recommend them to everyone.

We had a garage door spring break on us. Within 24 hours, Original Triad Door Company had a gentleman out to help us. He was so nice and helpful, and went way above and beyond. We were so impressed, we went ahead and ordered the new garage operators and got the seals at the bottom replaced; Shaun was back the next morning to help us out. We had been trying to find someone to do that for months, and we are so glad we found this small local business that showed up and was great in every way.
He even gave us helpful maintentance tips and was patient with our questions as he worked. Definitely we will be repeat customers. Honestly it couldn't have been better. Excellent work and prices.
