Five STARS! When I called United Glass a real person answered the phone, listened patiently, took down my info and assured me that Rich would call to make an appointment. The receptionist was wonderful. Rich called, made an appt, came out to inspect the broken glass, gave me a written quote, and gave us good information, answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

I had an order for replacing my kitchen glass panel at August 25th, with estimate delivery between 5-8 weeks. I received my glass 14 weeks after the contract was sign and had to call them more than once to ask what was going on. The second issue was that they weren't upfront about having to replace both glasses from my window. The reason why this was a problem is because I told the technician who came here that I had reflective film on the inside glass (which was intact) and he didn't let me know about me losing this panel. The price is affordable but overall I had a bad experience with the company.

Outstanding Service! Finally a Glass shop that puts customers first. After trying multiple glass shops to put a piece of glass in a shower door, I finally found United. Other shops refused to take on a project this small. The other shops refused to do it and wanted me to buy an entire Shower Unit. United didn't hesitate and came to my rescue and at a very reasonable price. I especially want to thank Aaron and Paula for their constant communication and professionalism. So hard to find businesses that go the extra mile anymore. Thanks again!

This glass shop is a blessing! I've used this wonderful Aurora business for years and years. They have replaced many broken shelves.mirrors.windows.screens and even a clock face over these many years. Rich and his team were amazing! We found, months later, that someone had shot a BB through our double paned living room window. I reached out to United Glass and Rich was at my house within a few days to take a look. Once the glass was in, they called me immediately to come do the install. They found a time that worked with my schedule, arrived when they said they would and completed the install within 30 minutes. Reliable, honest and easy to work with!

Despite him having "no idea what happened, " my son managed to put a bb through the glass in the back door of the garage. Rich came out and measured (5 minutes), then Garrett came and replaced the panes in the door after the glass came in (a week or so, then an hour of work). Great communication, fast work, honest guys, and really nice finished work. Both gentlemen very professional and polite! Easy 5 stars!

Rich runs United Glass and he's a great guy. The fixed our glass problems in March. He came out to personally estimate our job and came back when working on it with his son and his crew. They are all very experienced professionals. We have super over sized sliding glass doors and they were able to fix the track wheels -- they even special ordered heavier wheels for the doors without any additional charge. They also fixed some regular windows and a bunch of screens, including over sized screen doors --- again excellent work.

We used United Glass Service recently to replace 5 double pane windows on our home. They did everything perfect! From the owner coming out to give us an estimate which was very reasonable, until the two installers came out and professionally and carefully installed them, the experience was outstanding. This family run company is terrific and we highly recommend them.

Our house was broken into & our back patio glass shattered. We were able to get an estimate and order in same-day. After an initial miscommunication on our part regarding the timeline for installation, United was able to expedite installation to get our glass back in quickly (which was so appreciated!). All I have to say is it was a bullet hole and we don't know how it got there. Rich and Matt are the best and always do quality work. They have probably done 5 or 6 jobs for us now and I am always impressed by the service and the turn times and the fact that they make you feel like you are a priority even with all of the wind/hail/disasters we've had in our city over the last 2 years. My husband and I recently moved into our Aurora home and needed to remove a stuck back sliding door in order to fit in some new furniture. Rich and Matthew got the door unstuck AND offered to help move in the furniture while they had the door off (which also included removing and replacing our fence gate!).
