Great company to work with, The work and product is high end compared to what the big box stores have to offer. We chose Quarts for our kitchen and we couldn't be more happy. Everything was done on time and as needed. The best part was being able to get a hold of someone when I had a question. Highly recommend this company.

3Cm Stone was recommend by a countertop slab material supplier. Great recommendation! We just finished our Tuxedo kitchen today. Countertops were installed four days ago. We went with a porcelain material because nothing else shines like porcelain! We had the edging built up 2 thick and a waterfall edge. It's sad that the pictures don't justify how magnificent it all looks.

It was a pleasure to work with everyone at the company, Nancy, Bruce, Ken, Ross and the owner himself! These guys are wonderful! Not only do they not require you to remove your current countertops before they can measure, but their turnaround time is under two weeks before the new ones are installed! Everyone is super friendly including the owners. The installers Lazz, Edgar, and Juan helped us with the actual install and were very pleasant, professional, and showed deep care for our floors, kitchen, and other areas while doing the install work.

They cleaned up everything perfectly and left NO trace of a mess behind! I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone. We appreciate you guys being so great to work with and the outstanding job! Thank you!

I would never deal with this company again. In the beginning they refused to alter the contract to specify that there would be three holes drilled for the faucet upon installation of the bath counter top. I was told that it was an "assumed" part of the deal. Yet after they installed the counter top the owner wanted to charge me for "demolition" of the existing counter top.

This was after the installer called and received permission from the office to remove the existing counter top. When I explained to him that both should have been in the contract he could not understand the analogy even though it was 100% correct. Really, if you don't want to spend your time fighting over every single word spoken and not spoken, written and not written, look elsewhere for your counter top.

WOW! I'd like to give a huge shout out to Ross and the gang at 3CM Stone. Going above and beyond to make sure our countertops are installed to their high standards. Great job and thanks for taking over where my contractor left us hanging. I cannot say enough nice stuff about their great customer service.

They made a minor error that would have been an easy fix, so and when we came into their tualatin shop to try and discuss the fix the man accused my husband of trying to pick up on the guys' wife in the front office. The whole thing was SO crazy we decided to forget dealing with them and go to Paramount Marble & Design to finish the job right and do the rest of our Marble kitchen counters with them.

Jim is a fantastic guy. 3CM is THE ONLY place I'd ever call to do quality stone countertops! They have done over 10 jobs for me and always best price, best selection and great service! They are artists!

Jim at 3CM stone is awesome! His is very knowledgeable about countertops. He spent the time to educate me about the different options and also made me feel comfortable with the process. He always tried to make things right and took pride and ownership in the work of his company. His crew showed up and replaced all of our countertops to quartz; it was a massive project. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend 3CM stone and would definitely use them again in the future.

Had a really positive experience with Ross and his team at 3CM Stone. Replaced our ugly counter tops with some beautiful quartz, and we couldn't be happier. They were reliable and accommodating, and offered us a very competitive bid. I'd recommend to others looking for an update!

We use them for recent job, work was not delivered per our agreement. Installers were good, but management did not stand behind their word. I would not recommend them. Seems change in ownership is causing issues.

I'm surprised by the handful of negative reviews. Our experience was exactly in line with the many positive reviews, and 3CM was recommended to us by friends who also had a very positive experience. The whole time, Mark was professional, courteous, and extremely patient as we learned the basics and went back and forth on our choices. They were also accommodating when we had to adjust the schedule.

The installation crews were great and the tile-guy Mark recommended was super helpful and did a beautiful job on the backsplash. In the end, the final product was everything we could have hoped for. Great workmanship and the suggestions Mark made on design choices were spot-on. We'd certainly work with 3CM again and have recommended them to friends.

Very professional interaction! No hidden costs! They also have a wide variety of stone. I would recommend them. They also were prompt and showed up at the exact appointment time and completed the work as promised. I am nit picking here, but it might be nice if they finish the plumbing portion of connecting the sink and the other appliances during an upgrade. We had to hire someone else to do it and might be nicer to have a one-stop solution for these.

We have ordered and had them install granite a few times and they are as good as it gets! Selection, service and professionalism is wonderful. They are clear about seam placement and make sure you are getting the best quality possible. These people are genuine and honest. They go above and beyond and their installers are perfectionists. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for stone counters!

Mark, Marcia and their crew were simply outstanding. Mark kept me informed every step of the way. I just had my kitchen counters redone with beautiful granite. I could not believe the perfect job they did on the install. I could not be happier with 3CM Stone. I will have them come in and do my bathroom counter tops as well. A big thanks to Mark Chimento!

Any less than stellar review regarding 3CM is simply not believable. All you have to do is to meet Mark and see the quality of work delivered to their customers to know for yourself that you can't do better.

I have bad patch jobs in the seams of my marble slab which I was not fully aware of the poor workmanship until after I viewed many other counters. I had them out to work on the seams but they will never look like a professional had done my job. I would pass on working with C3M stone and work with a more reputable company who is concerned with the satisfaction of their work and customer! The reviews below look like an attempt to nullify the previous negative reviews. Don't trust them, the owner or staff likely wrote them.

I used 3CM Stone last year for my kitchen remodel. In every aspect 3CM was awesome to work with! They had a fabulous selection of granite to choose from for my island, and Marcia and Mark spent a lot of time with me as I deliberated over all the choices. The whole process of choosing something was pretty overwhelming for a novice like me, and they really held my hand throughout and were instrumental in helping me choose the colors, edge and finish of the granite, and the corresponding quartz for the exterior counter-top.

Mark even helped me with my paint colors when I brought paint swatches into the store. The pricing was fair and the installers were wonderful and professional. I would not hesitate to use 3CM again, they are the best!
