I got some new windows put in back in February and a few weeks before being installed, I emailed to try and get a price on a new exterior door. I was told the sales guy would call me. I didn't hear from him, so one of the installers took measurements on the day and told me someone would be in touch with different options. It has now been 6 months and not a word.
Not even a call to see if I was satisfied with everything and no follow up on me needing a door as well. Seemed they were eager to send out the sales guy and seal the deal but no follow up, no answering other questions I had. I have a few more window/door jobs around my house but I certainly won't be using Window World again, nor will I be recommending to anyone else.

We had Window World of Bel Air, MD install 9 windows and a patio slider in our condominium in Spring of 2015. We have been very pleased with the windows and slider. The price was excellent and the warranty gives us peace of mind. The windows/slider are very efficient and attractive. Several neighbors came to see the job that was done by Window World of Bel Air, MD and consequently, they had similar windows installed in their condos.
We have to submit an architectural approval form for all window installations and the owner of the company helped to complete this form so we were in compliance with the condo guidelines. That was very helpful to us. The installation was very well done. We had to have a slight adjustments to one of the windows after installation and the owner, John G. came to adjust the window himself. Now, 6 years later, 2021, we had a slight problem and Window World was there for us again. John G. the owner, came and helped us promptly.

Had windows installed about 5 years ago and they are just wanted I wanted. Reasonable prices and the owner is very professional. Installers came and after all the windows were installed, did a great job cleaning up. Will be looking into contacting them again possibly sooner than later to look into getting a new front door. Our front door is ancient years old.

Tim is awesome! He was able to get our window ordered, custom made and delivered in 1 week when it should have taken 2 weeks. It looks great! My only issue, and it is minor, is he didn't tell us if we had WW do the install, it would have a lifetime warranty. I did tell him when we first discussed it that I was installing the window myself, but had i known there was a lifetime warranty, I may have paid the extra cost. It still has a 20 year warranty, so not a big deal. Will definitely go there for our next window when we remodel our kitchen and put in a large picture window.

I purchased windows for my home from window world. The windows are really great. The people in the office are very nice and helpful. The windows help keep my house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer with tinted windows. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for new windows or doors.

I called Window World to get a quote on a bathroom window that I thought was leaking and causing water to enter my home. From my first call the office staff was professional, courteous and genuine. When the owner (John G.) arrived at my house, he was an extension of the office staff- professional, knowledgeable and HONEST! John evaluated my window and told me that I did NOT need a new window!
How many contractors would pass up the opportunity to make a quick buck at the expense of a homeowner? NOT John G.! Additionally, John provided me with some free advise and direction with the water issue in my home. If you are in the market for windows, siding, doors, etc. I would highly recommend using Window World! Why? Because they are HONEST, PROFESISONAL and I'm certain their work would be exemplary!

Extremely happy with my purchase. I bought windows to install.my self, which I've never done before. Everyone was very friendly and the went out of their way to help make sure my measurements were correct and that I knew how to install them correctly. I saved thousands compared to another local installer who gave me a quote. The quality was superb too. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for more!

Just had all my windows replaced in 1 day. Unbelievable crew. great windows don't have to cost a fortune. I would highly recommend these windows. Don't sign anything until you call these people. You will be glad you did. Happy to share more send me any questions, can send my before and after photos. Beautiful windows, decided to not put my curtains back up. Next project? Siding for sure with Window World. oh yeah I am so Happy :-)))))))
