I got a windshield replacement in 1 hour. I hope I won't need one in the future, but if I do.this will be my go to. So professional, and was able to help me choose the best option for me.

Very nice, professional. I had an appt. For installation. They took me on time and did a great and quick install. I even had glass on my floorboard and they vacuumed it! I didn't expect that at all. Will do my glass business there from now on.

I was disappointed with their attitude. I was trying to replace broken window panels before storm Laura hit. They said someone would call back it was 2 days later. I was basically told if I don't like the service and price you can go some where else. That was very rude and I did found another place with go attitude. They even apologize for Gryder given me a bad experience.

Took my 2011 Honda Accord here to get the windshield replaced. Their quote was a little higher than some other places I called but I decided to come here because they were really friendly on the phone and offered a Veterans discount. They were also able to squeeze me in the same day I called which I appreciated. They fixed the windshield and were also able to take care of the inspection sticker too which was a great time saver.

Front desk people were super friendly while I was waiting keeping me updated on what was going on. When I payed they thanked me for my service. Really great customer service and definitely made you feel like a valued customer.

This company is great. There went out of their way to help get me a new windshield before I had to return my rental car. They went to their warehouse brought one back to see if it would fit, above and beyond. Professional, courteous and priced right. Highly recommend.

Keisha at the front is so nice & professional. This is the third windshield I've gotten on 3 different vehicles & I will continue to use Gryder. They always have the best price and they had the windshield replaced in 60 minutes on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Thank you for the awesome service.

I wish I could give them even not one star. Here is the story: - I was about to return my leased car, but there was a crack on the windshield - I took the car to Gryder Discount Glass - two days later, I was removing blue tape that put on the windshield - I found two deep scratches on my car right above the windshield and next to the blue tape - I contacted Gryder Discount Glass and they ask he to send them a picture of the damaged area and I did - Although it was clear that the scratches were new, they said it is no new a the scratches were on the car. - They said that they inspected the car before starting working on that.

But they did not give me an inspection sheet when I picked up the car. It is clear (even to them) that this is their fault but they are refusing to fix my car. It was a lease and returned it and the leasing company is going to send me a bill for something that Gryder Discount Glass and doesn't want to accept. Although their prices might be a bit cheap, IT IS BETTER TO PAY A BIT MORE BUT GET A HIGH QUALITY SERVICE.

Very pleased with the prompt, courteous service I received this past week. Kenny replaced my glass within 45 minutes. (I had an appointment.) When he removed my windshield, he discovered some rust on the frame. You can imagine how impressed I was when he told me he went ahead and sanded off the rust and applied primer--at no extra charge! By all means check out Gryder should you need your windshield replaced.

I originally made an appointment with Safelite to have them come out and replace a broken side window on my son's car. The price quoted was $275. I then did some price shopping and decided to go with Gryder for a price of $180. They were right on time and did a great job.

I needed a rock chip repair for my windshield and it took around 20 minutes. The bill was only $40.00. The Safelite people gave me a quote of $120.00 for the same repair.
