They told me they have a contractor discount. My contractor called them to get it; they told him he had to drive in to give them his contractor's license. After all of that, there was no discount! Why make the guy drive in instead of just telling me upfront that they don't do contractor discounts?!

Cheryl was knowledgeable, patient and extremely accommadating. She never made me feel rushed (I was there right till closing time). Great tile selection too.

Truck driver! 15 pallets in 30 minutes in and out! Nice and organized people! Enough space for back up! Gates most likely closed for overnight parking, 20 miles on south pretty big TA.

Awful experience! Do not buy from this company! I spent nearly $1800 on tile for 2 rooms in my house from here and was planning on using them for the remainder of my 4,000 sq ft home. My husband is a contractor and has also used their product for many jobs. I came here to return a $38 bag of grout that I needed EXCHANGED for a different color and they refused to do it!

The man claimed he "couldn't find my last name in the system with this item". Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is this! You just lost a loyal customer because you refused to exchange this bag of grout. I am absolutely appalled that a small business would operate like this.

Mari is wonderful! She really was helpful picking out tiles and grout. I love the choices. She listens, does not try and sell you what she wants, she gets you what you need right away, and is very responsive to your questions and request. I would recommend RI Tile and especially Mari. This store offers superb tiles that we didn't find elsewhere in RI. We're very happy with the looks and quality of their porcelain tiles, including large format tiles. Their showroom would benefit from better lighting.

We use these guys for tile probably 10 years ago and it came out great, so we went back picked out tile for a bathroom shower and floor have always been happy with the product we have purchased from them. Large variety helpful sales people

Drove 45 mins because company came highly recommended from our contractors. Not one person gave us the time of day! Older lady working there was extremely rude, and condescending when we asked for assistance. But then helped another customer, the other customer even mentioned to her to help us since we came in before they did. The lady rudely rolled her eyes saying oh I'll find some ELSE for them.

We were insulted so we walked out! Too bad for them cause we have 2 huge home projects already in the demo process. Lost out big time! So if you decided to take the chance here make sure u are well dressed to walk thru this hole in the wall or they will dismiss you and act as if you don't exist. I would have rated them less than one star if I could! Truly disgusted! Ps maybe this crabby old woman should retire, would benefit the business!

We chose RI Tile Dist. based on reviews, and the fact that Saturdays they're open to 3 p.m. We couldn't have been happier with the choice. Professional and courteous, the staff (Cheryl) walked us through what we needed for our tile installer. Their knowledge of every aspect of tile and tiling is unmatched. After the sale, their staff picked our all our supplies and met us at the loading dock and handed it all for us to load the vehicle.

Don't waste your time at big box stores because RI Tile has all the materials one needs, especially, including the one on one service you expect. Pricing is industry comparable. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best places to purchase tile. We did a lot of price checking at various places and RI Tile had the best prices. The salesperson we worked with was able to point us in the right direction for matching tile to the granite we had purchased and for helping pick tile for inside the fireplace mantle.

No better place to go for tile! They carry in stock almost everything you see in the showroom. Their prices are unbelievable. I would not go to any national chain that orders your stuff and charges you delivery. Their options are amazing! Great staff, but they get busy especially on Saturdays!

Had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. There was one person that was there before me and he was being helped. Couple of meeting of waiting there another employee stoped by the front desk and asked the other customer who was already being helped if he was being taken care off. Did not even look at me. After 10 minutes another employee came by and asked if I needed help. I explained to him that he was the first person to acknowledge me after waiting for 10 minutes. He apologized and helped me find what I needed.
