I called to rent a dozer the date it was supposed to be delivered was about 10 days after my first call they said it was available and I gave them the address to where it was going they said everything was fine. I called 2 days before the delivery date to confirm and they confirmed but told me they didn't know it was that far away and they may have to charge more of a delivery fee I told them I would call the next morning to get an approximate time so I could meet the delivery person.

I called the next morning the day it was supposed to be delivered and the guy said he was not going to send it he thought it was to far he said they looked it up and it was 90 miles I put both address into google maps it was 74 miles and estimated time was 1hr 10 min I offered to pay extra delivery fee over the price they had quoted me the last 2 times I called I guess it belongs to them they can do what they want with it I just think it's pretty bad I was done this way so keep in mind if your rent something from them you might get it you might not

I went to rent a sump pump I called the day befor to call to reserve it and was told it was going to be 26 for the pump and 8 for the hose I got there and was told by the guy at the counter 30 for the pump and 9 for the hose I needed it so I went ahead and got it because I needed it to drain a basement because there was a water leak and then I hooked everything up and the hose had all kinds of little holes all over it that sprayed water all over I returned it the day after that and got no apology for the hose no offer to refund the amount for the hose or anything I don't think I'll be back unless it's an emergency and nobody else has what I need to get

They have a great selection of rental tools and equipment. I needed a light jackhammer and bit for a special purpose, and they had what I needed!

Quick friendly service and the propane price was close to a third less than what it goes for another places, very happy!

Honest workers that always have tools you need. Could offer discounts for repeat customers.
