I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I purchased new shower doors to upgrade my bathrooms. The second time I purchased I did not want to spend the extra money for protective coating. But they charged me for it anyway. So then Mark came to show me how the coating works and saw my shower door wasn't performing as it should.
It was fine by me. So they replaced it and this new shower door is horrible. Water stains galore. I've called a few times emailed numerous times to both Brian and Mark with no return calls or email. They are very nice at the purchase end but have if you have an issue with them there is horrible customer service. So I guess I'll manage with these stained doors and when they bother me enough find another company to deal with. Just a heads up if your purchasing from them. Unfortunately this is my only recourse.

Great service! Mark has an incredible memory and remembered us years after we initially purchased. Very easy to work with too. Affordable installed our glass shower and has serviced it as well when the door sweep silicone got old and came off. Joe came out and in 15 minutes had removed, cleaned, replaced the sweep, and re applied all the silicone including walls to threshold. Joe was extremely efficient, happy and personable. Great company all around.

What a Company! We had a shower glass enclosure installed earlier this year. Mark and installers were excellent and very reasonably priced. 8 months later, we had a question about the door sweep and they immediately sent someone out to take care of it at NO CHARGE. Now this is a company that stands behind the product. Would HIGHLY recommend!

A.C.E. designed and installed a custom shower for my 1794 farmhouse. The all-glass design and hardware are a perfect combination, blending modern and colonial looks that maximize space and light without compromising character. The pre-installation and install team were timely, polite and professional. I am thoroughly impressed!

I know this may seem nitpicky, but I was nearly run off Dresher Road by one of their truck drivers on 8/19/2015. To their credit, when I called the number on the truck and left a message about how their driver nearly crashed into me, I was called back quickly by two different people from the company to apologize on behalf of the driver. That said, an apology after the fact wouldn't have made a difference if I wasn't alert enough to avoid what could have otherwise been a terrible car accident. Worse yet, I had both my child and my dog in the car with me at the time of the incident.
It really shook me up. As a member of the Horsham community, I expect my local businesses to coach their employees to drive (and, in general, behave) in such a way to be respectful of the community at large. So while my review does not speak to the craftsmanship of the company, I believe it should be considered by fellow community members before hiring Affordable Custom Enclosures.
After all, truck drivers are an extension of the company. For those interested in the details - I was in the right lane on Dresher Road when the truck pulled right up to my tailgate - obviously urging me to go faster. Admittedly, I'm a new father and was driving below the speed limit at the time because I'm still a little timid with my child (and dog) in the car.
The truck then attempted to go around me in the left lane, but as soon as he changed lanes the car in front of him put on it's signal to turn left into one of the business complexes. The truck then sped up to within inches (literally) of the car in the left lane and then swerved back over into the right lane - all so he could get in front of me. Had I not been paying attention to his aggressive behavior and anticipated his lane change (without using a signal, mind you), he would have absolutely clipped the front of my car and sent me tumbling down the road.
Thank goodness the car behind me was paying attention as well because I had to slam on my brakes and the car behind me nearly rear-ended me. Worse still, I remained behind that truck all the way down to the Virginia Drive entrance to the Turnpike, and then on the Turnpike until the truck turned onto the 476 exit. So he nearly killed me, my dog, and my child all so he could move 1 car up in rush hour. It was senseless and pointless and is a terrible reflection of this business.
