Quality lumber & building materials since 1945. In 1945, Neu's Supply Line was incorporated by sole owner, Roman Neu, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The 1st building was located on a mere 3/4 acre lot. The business expanded in 1951 to 8 acres of land in Germantown, Wisconsin, where Roman could have his own rail siding and room for the rail cars to be unloaded.

I had the best customer service today at Neu's Hardware Gallery. ~8 years ago, we built our home and the hardware came from Neu's. A door handle broke and I called to ask about replacing it. It turns out there is a lifetime warranty for the brand we had. In the 25 minutes it took for me to drive to Neu's, they pulled up our construction order, found a replacement, and had it tooled for our existing keys. I walked in the door and they handed me the new parts. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Wonderful service. Thank you!

Certainly the widest selection of pro tools in the area from Milwaukee Tool and DeWalt as well as more obscure brands. But the prices are higher and are not posted for the DeWalt product - expect to pay full retail price on almost everything. They are known for service, however, if you appear to be just a regular guy, like I do, then don't expect much. If you look like a contractor, then I see them being very helpful. Also limited hours weekdays and closed on weekends.

Had service done on my lawn mower early this year. Lawn mower started leaving a 1 in wide row of grass only on right side. Took it into another service shop. Said blades were not sharpened correctly. After sharpening again, fixed problem. Neus cleaned my mower, changed the oil, filter and spark plug but would not recommend their blade sharpening.

I took my Dewalt chainsaw in for service, confident I would spend $150-200 to fix a $300 saw. Instead, Joe at the service desk wanted to look first. He repaired it with humble knowledge- he said another customer had the same issue- and a 24 cent washer. It wasn't a burned out/defective motor, but a bent washer binding up the chain. New washer, New life. Thanks, Joe. You, and Neu's is why I shop local.
