Designed for a wide range of machining needs, the MAXIEM 1530 sets a higher standard for precision abrasive waterjet machining. The rigid tank design is scaled to handle common plate sizes with room to spare. The advanced linear motion system uses digital linear encoders to provide instant micron-level cutting head position feedback to the controller to assure accurate part production.
Never has the cutting to size of plastic panels been so easy. Panels made of plastic, composite and innovative new materials should be professionally processed according to the type. For this, the fk 4 offers optimally adapted and tried-and-tested technology. It can be used for all types of material, offers the highest degree of precision, intelligent handling and cutting lengths of up to 4,300 mm. The solid construction and a 15 kW aggregate provide a firm basis for this.
Hot Belt Splicing: We have the expertise to effectively execute the challenging process of hot belt splicing though vulcanization, which involves the precise application of heat and pressure. Lacing: Our expert belting services also includes checking, repairing and, if necessary, replacing the lacing so the belt ends are properly attached.

Have enjoyed doing business with this company for 37 years it's been wonderful. I really appreciated their patience when I went into business for myself in the early 1980's. They had esp powers sometimes. I would describe a hose or O ring or fitting and the person helping me would say you mean that you need this, and I would smile. Thanks GR&P!

These guys are fabulous. I went in looking for plastic for a Little Free Library door. The door was made strangely, and I wondered how I'd ever get the plastic in it. The gentleman there said they weren't supposed to put plastic in things. Then he asked if I had a few minutes, and disappeared for quite a while. When he reappeared I could see the little door had a window in it.
He said the plastic had a little scratch. I said it wouldn't matter, it would probably get more. I had been wondering how much this was going to cost me, because it was taking so long, and. he said it was a scrap and that it was free. After all that work he did! I nearly fainted. I've been there many times, and they've always done beautifully. but this. it made my day. There are some people who are so nice, they tilt the balance of happiness in the world :-
