We recently had Beisser Lumber replace most of the windows in our home. We are so happy with the entire experience, from sales to installation and everything in between. The windows turned out great and the inside trim work is fantastic. They matched the stain so well it looked like it was done at the same time as the surrounding built-in shelves/cabinets in our master bedroom.
They even fixed the exterior trim for a few windows replaced by a previous installer that were done very poorly. The end result was a perfect match to our new windows. We couldn't have asked for a better install crew and we wouldn't hesitate to have them out again for another project. A+ experience.

This place is great. They have lots in stock and is it isn't in stock they can order it. Also delivery is free. The yard can be hard to get around at first, but after a couple of trips it is fine. If ordering hard wood be sure to pick it out yourself. Otherwise they give you first boards they come across regardless of quality.

We are a supplier for Beisser Lumber. We find it equally as important to treat vendors just as good as clients. The team at Beisser does a great job placing their orders, managing them, following up on them and paying invoices in a timely fashion. Very easy to work with. We really appreciate their business! Great job!

I worked for this company and it was a big mistake. The employees in the order picking area referred to me as "boy" like we was still in the cotton picking era the day I finally say something to defend my self I get terminated they went to my staffing agency an made up a lie saying that I was doing things against the integrity of the company I wouldn't not waste my time here

Sub-Par communication skills. Ordered new windows and had them installed. The sales department was a bit over optimistic on delivery time. Only after delivery will they contemplate scheduling the install. After my windows had been delivered to the store, the scheduler didn't get around to contacting me until a few weeks later. My "Installed within two months" ended up being five months.
However everyone was friendly and polite. The install crew was clean and respectful of my house. It was just frustrating giving someone a large chunk of money and never having them initiate any of our conversations.
