Both times I've used Arkansas Glass they have been here super fast and every bit of the experience exceed my expectations. In late 1945, after a number of learning and developing years with PPG in Memphis, Lawrence Meyers and his wife Selma moved their family and a large truck to Hot Springs. They had leased an old service station at 1324 Central Avenue to headquarter Arkansas Glass Company. After servicing customers while renovating their building during the winter months, they took out a half-page ad in The Sentinel-Record, officially announcing their new business in early 1946.Lawrence's technical, legal education, and training served the company well.

Worst experience with our entire build came from Arkansas glass for our glass showers. Was told when they came and measured for the quote it would be 2 weeks for all the glass to come in. Never heard back with the quote amount until I called them about it over a week later then ended up being 2 months before our shower glass was installed after 4-5 trips out to "remeasure", being "miss cut" and came in scratched are many of the excuses we got after we had to call them each time because no one was keeping in touch with us. Had a few times we were told someone would be at our house at a specific day but never showed or called to tell us they were not coming. We had to call them each and every time. NEVER AGAIN will we use them! -10 on customer service!

Call Thursday last week.supervisor was supposed to call back to schedule an appointment. 7 days later, I received a call from "the supervisor" that someone will come in the afternoon. Well, i had a missed call and a message to call for reschedule. I called them back to find out "i called you but you didn't answer so i went home. Our office closed at 4:30"
