Best flooring store in the four-state area. Very knowledgeable staff.

I wrote a review on 12/30/21 and I am not sure why but it was marked with one other as a not recommended review and had this note: "The reviews below are not factored into the business's overall star rating." I don't know why that is. Seems suspect. Are only ratings above one star allowed! I came back here though to update my original review in all fairness.

I did call and have someone come out a third time to address the issue with floor coming up in uneven spot they had tried to address already another time but failed to do so properly. This was an issue the estimator knew about and assured me that first visit would not be a problem. The gentleman who came this third time knew what he was doing finally.

He has obvious pride in his work, skill, and the equipment to deal with this type of issue. He ground the hump down which should have been done in the first place. He filled cracks in slab with silicone and evened everything out. I will be requesting him for any installation in the future from M and M.

If you are looking for the best flooring at the lowest cost, best installation service, look no farther than M&M. We strongly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

M & M Tile & Carpet is the best in Northwest Arkansas. They have the best prices and an abundance of in stock rolls of carpet. Their carpet is priced by the square yard, Great assistance and great prices.

Family owned business here they are the go to place for all flooring. I've shopped here a few times for tile floors and they never disappoint. Great associates working here they will work with you. They sell everything you need to lay any kind of flooring.

Lots of options and turn key service is always nice. My wife was happy so.what else is there to say. We did simple stuff but it was nice to walk in and be told "here is an out the door price"

Yes, staff member is friendly alright. Went there last Saturday, trying to order carpet. Chose the sample, left my contact info. Nobody contacts me as of now. Perhaps they are too busy with their business (good for them!). But lack of communications with customers. This area needs improvement.

This Company went above and beyond for my wife and I. We bought carpet about 1 year ago and had a unique situation. We needed a wood thresh hold to transition from carpet to acid stained concrete floors. To make it more complicated we needed the wood to sort of zig zag in order to fulfill our needs. M and M did a great job on the carpet but especially the wood thresh hold.

The installer even called William to come out to make sure it was done correctly. Indeed it was and we were happy. Then about 7 months later the carpet just wasn't holding up. The backing was coming off and it snagged at one of the seems. M and M warrantied the carpet and allowed us to upgrade to a higher quality carpet. They gave us full credit on the original carpet, and did not charge to do the install.

All of this on top of the fact that they are "hands down" the cheapest on price with an equal quality carpet. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with M and M. We will use them again in the future.
