I see why this place only has 3 stars. They are extremely rude on the phone. I had a simple job and a simple question. Simple square cut clear plexiglass job, and was asking to pick it up instead of having it shipped. I was given sigh after sigh like this was destroying their whole day. I was told in order to pick up it up they had to have it in stock, but refused to look it up to see if it was in stock.

They wanted me to place the order and then call back to see if it was in stock. But that is of course after I had already paid. Seems very shady. I will not be using this place.

I was in need of a 4" x 4" x 1" piece of phenolic. Looked at numerous places until I came across Professional Plastics. The front office sent me to Will Call in the back. When I walked in one of the workers stopped what he was doing and came over to see what I needed. He then brought Phil over who then retrieved and gave me a piece about 12" x 6".

After talking about the challenges to cutting it, he also gave me a piece of nylon that was similar in size. When I asked what I owed him, he said that they were scrapes and hoped it would do what I was trying to accomplish. 5 Thumbs Up on my experience.

It, s ok. Looks like easy to reach and speak with customer service, however I call them to change thickness of ordered poly sheets. Guy from customer service said he will look to try to find what I want and call me back, he didn't. I just email them to Cancelmy order. No response to confirm cancelation. 3 stars beacuse I'm not sure, no previous experience with them

I work for an aerospace machine shop and we use Professional Plastics exclusively for our raw material needs. The customer service I receive from Vern Smith is exceptional. He is the only supplier in plastics that's willing to do whatever it takes to provide the proper paperwork and support.

In a time when nobody wants to even wave or say hello this place was awesome they are a big company with a big warehouse and I am a guy with a small project and yet their sales people took their time and helped me like I was their biggest customer. The Piece of material I needed was small and I'm sure they didn't make any money on it and yet I asked for it to be exact size.

Most of the time when somebody cuts it for you it's never right but Phil took his time and gave me a piece to my exact dimensions. No extra work for me, the material dropped right into my project perfectly thanks for taking the time to do it right Phil.

We've been using this supplier for years. They've always been accurate and quick for all our orders. Plus, they've worked with us many times when we needed changes to orders or customized pieces.

I ordered two pieces of clear plexiglass. I tried four times to change the thickness of the pieces by phone and email. They ignored my requests to alter the order and then sent me solid dark blue plexiglass instead of the clear that I ordered. I will not use them again.

Zero stars would be better. $30 for shipping a mirror, which they didn't mark as fragile or "handle with care", so it arrived broken and unusable. I would never do business with these amateurs again, and recommend you find somewhere else. See attached photos. Update - I sent them these pictures and asked for my money back. They responded immediately and did everything they could to fix the problem, sending a replacement by overnight express at no charge and crediting my account.

It arrived in one piece, but had a 6" knife cut on the face of the mirror. Apparently their quality control needs improvement. I would do business with them again, but only if I could pick up the item and inspect it in person at the factory before acceptance. So I'll revise the rating to 2 stars.

We ordered a white wicker dresser and when it was delivered the glass top had been shattered in transit. I searched online for a place to get a replacement top and came across Professional Plastics offering.25 inch clear extruded acrylic cut to size. After measuring the dresser at least five times I placed an order on Thursday. The piece was cut, securely packed and shipped FedEx on Friday.

It was delivered Sunday morning. The acrylic top is a perfect fit and looks great on the dresser. If a similar situation comes up again I will certainly turn to Professional Plastics for the perfect solution.

Placed a small order to test a material, looking to place a larger order if everything was good. So glad we did. Professional Plastics waited several weeks to ship the order. They also ignored multiple emails, never responded to a single one. In fact it took them so long that we waited weeks, ordered from another company, had the material delivered, and completed our assessment before PP had even shipped the order. Needless to say we're going with another vendor.
