After waste precious time with Fox Racing ordering process, Tri Tool in Rancho Cordova is a breath of fresh air. We got to talk directly to the shop foreman Dirk for the hard to find Fox strut misalignment bearing spacers. And what do you know, the calm and knowledgeable foreman breakout caliber to collect measurements and offer various steel grades for our application; grade 8, stainless, etc. not only put us at ease from Kirk voice of experience, but also their lightning fast completion time. Sure, there was minimum hourly charge but Tri Tool saved us from the headache, time wasted for our vehicle sitting days in the shop waiting for Fox parts, and the part came out exact dimensions as the original spacers. Kirk even offered to coat the parts to slow the rust process, what's not to like.
The process beginning to end take 1 day and not 4 weeks as promised by Fox. After simple credit card swipe for payment, the needed parts were on their way to the shop to complete our project.

We hired Tri Tool to handle our logistics (Pick, Pack and Ship) about 2 years ago. Life has been great ever since. We jus upload a file once a day or once a week and they pick, pack and ship. We save on warehousing costs (much, much lower) and don't need to hire a shipping clerk. TTI staff is ready and willing to help and very professional.
