Sam was passionate about stained glass and offered workshops about stain glass out of the business, along with full glass service. Bob Munn, Sam's son, took over the business in 1974. Bob expanded Associated Glass in 1984 and made an additional location in downtown Snohomish. Since opening, both stores have remained in their original locations.

Just had Associated Glass replace glass in three windows where the seals had broken and want to acknowledge what a splendid job the equally splendid two-man crew did. The glass is perfect, everything was left pristine -- they even cleaned the window sills and took down a couple of old wood blind installations that I hadn't gotten around to do. The guys were highly professional, informative, and polite to a fault.
This year I've had many folks out to do, fix, install, repair various things, and the quality of workers and workmanship has ranged from marginal to worse. This was such a pleasant surprise. Obviously, highly recommended.

Poor communication. We were excited to support a local business. Their representative came out to measure and assess on December 29. He was highly professional and everything went fine, but we didn't hear anything back from him. After a couple of weeks, I called their office to inquire about the status of our project, and to find out when we could expect to receive a proposal.
I was told that the delay was due to a back-up in proposals and other delays, and that the staff member would check in with the representative and make sure he got a proposal sent to us soon. We waited another week, then another, but heard nothing. I ended up calling two more times, and was told the same thing: there were delays, but they would check in with the rep and make sure he got the proposal to us. 5 weeks later, my husband called and was told immediately that the representative had put a 'no bid' on our project shortly after his assessment.
We've been waiting over a month only to find out that this company had no intention of taking our project. Of course they have every right to decline a job but it would have been great to have received that information a month ago so that we could have started looking for another company. Supply and labor shortages and other delays can't be helped, but communication can.

Lynnwood Associated Glass did a great job with the installation of a custom shower door and bathroom mirror for an investment property. Though there was a bit of a wait time to get the installation, it was understandable considering it was around the holiday time and with Covid. They were very communicative and the finished product was exactly what I wanted with the specific modifications I asked for.

I got my 2 windows repaired by Associated Glass. I have Milgard lifetime warranty windows but Milgard technicians are too busy to come out this Winter. They shipped the parts and I was going to replace it. I watched the video on how to replace the hinges on swing out window but it is 2 men job. I hired Associated Glass and they replaced it for me. It was worth paying the professional and got the job done properly. Associated Glass technicians are experts and do professional job.

Replaced glass in 2 aluminum framed windows where the seal had failed. Saved a lot over replacing both with vinyl windows. It did take a while for the glass to come in. Installers were both polite and respectful of our home. Only way you would have known they had come and gone is we can now see thru the windows, not cloudy any longer. I've had several windshields replaced by AG, however the last time I had one done, the interior of my vehicle was terribly dirty. I even cut my hand on glass that was left on the seat. The vehicle itself was parked such that the fence behind the bumper was pushed out. After I left and paid, I had to again provide the VIN number and additional data which could have been obtained while the vehicle was in the shop. I wasn't overly thrilled with the service this time.
