I was building a smaller foundry thus a small order, they made every effort to answer all my questions and treated me, despite being and amatuer with a small order as a valued cutomer. I sent a friend to the warehouse to pick up the order for me which was ready and they loaded it for her. I rarely post reviews but this company deserves a glowing one.

I am a glass blower from Elkhart, Kansas. I have worked with Mike Carter for the past 15 years. Mike and everyone at Refractories West have helped me so much with all of the equipment in my studio.
