They don't sell lime. Spent five minutes figuring out what they had available and ended up buying packaged mortar only because I was in a rush. In all of five minutes there was 20 seconds or less of eye contact as I was asking questions. Turns out the mortar I wanted was simply "grey" when I asked what color it would be. A brick yard that doesn't sell lime isn't very knowledgeable to me, and the expertise of the front desk person didn't seem very adequate or friendly.
