Ive been buying from oceanville for about 2 years now. the reason i gave them 5 stars is because of a recent acquisition of a new employee called Marcos, i knew marcos from a previous mason supply i used to buy from. This person is very attentive and respectful. He's curious and always is willing to take care of a customer. Glad to see oceanville has this guy, I'm sure soon they will see business getting better and reviews being a little more positive in respect to there employees. Good job oceanville in hiring marcos

Went in there today and there was no customer service. The woman barely answered our questions, kept taking calls and proceeded to assist another customer that came in after us. We will never go there again!

Really nasty attitude from guy at counter called Ricardo who is supposedly the manager of store, he dispatches and takes orders has no patience on helping people needs other line of work. guy speaks Spanish and when upset starts calling people with bad words. luckily i decided on time not to buy anything at store.

The team at Oceanville are terriffic. They were very patient with us, selecting the correct stone for our fireplace and hearth. Gave us lots of advise and how to's. Ricardo and Carlos (i think it was Carlos or Cory) were top notch. Strongly urge anyone looking for a great selection, and friendly service to visist this business.

We regularly send our customers to Oceanville's design center, where they are assisted in selecting the best material for their project. The employees in the main office are equally as helpful in guiding our customers through the process.

We have many local choices living in Huntington NY. Guess who's our go to? Exactly. Oceanville. Great people, Great Prices, On point. We did a total home renovation. We couldn't be happier, they kept my masons supplied, and when we ran into a jam, or was short on material, Anthony and the team never let us down. We are embarking on a new outdoor fireplace. Oceanville will be our 1st call for a price quote.

This place had terrible customer service. I apologize I was interrupting the sales person's lunch. When we needed assistance she used her finger to point and then looked at us like we did not know what we were doing because we did not know where her finger was pointing. Would never buy anything from here

I needed help picking out stone for my patio. Camille was extremely helpful with suggesting the design of the patio and picking out the stone. (I get overwhelmed when there are too many choices). I am so happy with what I chose and can't wait till the job is completed!

To Bob W. - terribly sorry you had a bad experience at Oceanville. I do try my very best to give each customer the utmost in service, but as we know, we all have bad days. As a testament to the thousands of customers that I have helped since Hurricane Sandy, you can drive through Oceanside, Long Beach, Breezy, Merrick, Massapequa, the five towns, Howard Beach, and the Rockaways to see the scope of the customer base that I have provided guidance for.

As this is my only bad review, I hope that you will give me another chance to provide the expertise I have applied to the many others who do not have a negative thing to say about me. So let me start by saying I have been a customer @ Oceanville for many years and Camille has been nothing but courteous, pleasant and fair. Camille has always answered all my questions and followed through on the task at hand and has alway gotten back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The comment on here About Camille I find hard to believe. Again you can't always believe what you read. In any case for all your needs in terms of brick and stone give her a fair shot. Just built a home and the service was amazing! I can't say enough. I brought in many samples of siding and I can't believe the patience Camille and karen had. When we ran short (my contractors error) we had what we needed in no time.

Going into a showroom to pick out pavers, stone for a fireplace, bluestone for the yard, etc. can be overwhelming! Camille came to the rescue! She taught me what I needed to know and helped me to make the right decisions. When you first walk in, everything looks the same, she showed me how very different and unique the stone can be. My home came out better than I ever could have imagined! Thank you Camille!

Very poor customer service. Went on a Saturday about 11 am and a woman named Camille was very rude and did not want to assist us in looking at stones and purchasing. She def needs a different business. Customer service not her forte. Needless to say we went elsewhere and bought.
