Great people! I'd been looking 2 mo. on line for an outdoor, discontinued light fixture (to match 3 others). After 8 failed attempts on line, I located Chuckanut Lighting and they took the time to locate their very last one in their storeroom. Wonderful customer service. Now they will be my first choice for lighting. They have good decorative accents too. Very nice store.

Well i have to tell you my wife and I walked in on a saturday afternoon, and wow what a showroom! We walked around for about 15 minutes in amazement an were pretty ovewhelmed. What do we do? Their were 2 younger gentlemen at the counter glued to their phones. I asked if they were salesman? They replied yes (they must have been selling something on the internet, because it sure wasn't light fixtures in the store.
The gentleman said they don't like to bother customers and would rather just let them be since some people don't like to be bothered (which I can understand at times), but all i was asking for was a simple " Hey I just want you guys to know if there's anything you have questions about or anything you need you just let us know". That seems like a prettty fair statement that leaves it up to the customer to say either no thank you or that would be great! Unfortunately they lost out on a complete house renovation and we lost out on shopping local.
