Atlantic Fence Supply

Called to get a quote on material for a wooded privacy fence and was basically told unless I'm a contractor using alot of material regularly through them, they couldn't help me. Guy was rude and seemed like they have enough buisness and don't need smaller contractors that don't typically use large volumes of fencing materials. Not a good way to treat new potential customers.

We have been using Atlantic Fence Supply as our main fencing supplier for a few months now. We have always received the best support from the employees. I swear, Ryan has the patience of a Saint! He's incredibly responsive to my multitude of email requests and phone calls, and has been very helpful (especially when I have no clue what I'm asking him for hahaha). I definitely recommend Atlantic Fence Supply.

Awful shopping experience. The office is closed since the beginning of the pandemic. All orders are made by phone. If you have small business, and you are not a pro on fence building, and you don't know all details, you are screwed up. It is very american - kill the small business.

I have nothing but good things to say about Atlantic fence supply. Back in March 2021 I contacted them by email for a chain link fence quote. I sent them how many gates I wanted, how tall and how many feet I needed, how many terminal post and how many line post I needed. They did the rest and quoted me for everything I needed to install the fence by my self except for the concrete, auger and beers.

A few days later came in paid them and picked up a couple days later. I then put up the fence sometime in May 2021 by my self with the help of family members. The fence turned out great. Thank you Atlantic fence supply!

This place has everything! Vinyl, chain link, wood, aluminum; you name it. Custom orders as well. Friendly staff and fast service. Also their wood and vinyl are 100% best quality around

First, if I could give this business a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. LONG story short, we ordered a vinyl picket fence months ago. I certainly understand the delay in manufacturing because of COVID, but the lack of communication and the way we have been given the run-around is just ridiculous. After paying the money up front, numerous telephone calls and months of this business telling us that the fence was being made, then they said they couldn't make it and didn't know when they could, etc etc etc, we are going elsewhere.

I don't see how this company stays in business if this is the way they treat their customers. I would never recommend them and will just go to Lowe's or Home Depot next time instead of using local, which is what we prefer.

I regularly perform price comparisons, and Atlantic is always competitive if not usually lower than the competition. They have excellent customer service and treat me like family. I know I can rely on them to be professional and my business, Accent Fence, can depend on them to supply what we need to get our jobs completed with quality products in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

Great company to do business with! We needed a lot of direction and help with our first our order and Ryan was absolutely great! He helped me understand the different items I needed and was very professional, courteous and patient! I highly recommend Atlantic Fence!

We primarily do custom residential fences and use Atlantic for a lot of our materials for both Richmond and Hampton Roads, especially any specialty or hard to find items. Their prices are great but more importantly, Ryan goes above and beyond to ensure we can get whatever we need, even if it means extra work researching specific designs and manufacturers. He is always responsive to our requests and gets back to us quickly when we need it. Keep up the good work!
