Services
Our Highly Skilled CNC Milling Team specializes in Precision Parts. With many years of experience, along with established kitting and setup reduction programs this Team produces high quality precision parts in an efficient and repeatable manner. Both machines with a capacity of 28" x 16" and Dual 4-Axis capability, high acceleration rates, fast rapids, and impressive short tool-change times make these a high-productivity machining center for quickly processing higher volume, complex parts. Both machines with a capacity of 40" x 21", along with 4-Axis capability, 12,000 RPM Spindle and 1000PSI through the spindle coolant, so we can efficiently produce complex, accurate parts.
EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is more accurate than traditional machining, and it works for any conductive material. In EDM, material is removed with the use of thermal energy rather than mechanical force. It is especially useful when working with hard materials like titanium, or when attempting complex shapes that are difficult to achieve with traditional machining. The AgieCharmilles FORM P350 delivers the control and accuracy we need, thanks to its rigid mechanics and high-resolution glass scales.
Sirois offers a wide range of surface grinding capabilities, which are used to produce close tolerance parts with a ground finish on many materials. Four (4) Brown & Sharpe 618 Visual Surface Grinders (4) Hand Feed and Hydraulic with 10-20-50-100X Lenses. Four (4) Myford OD Grinders with capacities up to 05" x 12" on centers and with autocycle.
Our Quality Manager and Inspectors use all available and appropriate measurement and testing resources to ensure that every tool, fixture, gage, precision part or assembly goes to our customer, made to their drawings and specifications. Our inspection team will ensure that the components we create meet your exact specifications. We adhere to the strictest standards to make sure! Put us to work for you.
