Excellent job! Great service! Beautiful installation and attention to detail. We had specific details that required extra time for their site visit. Mike matched the best product to suit our needs and came up with creative solutions to our limitations. We were in a time crunch to finish our project and shutters arrived and were installed before my deadline. We will definitely use this company again!

I can not give this business a higher rating based on the lack of communication.it is one of the most important aspects of a business.it took long enough before to inquire on the shade that needed replacing.then, .leaving messages, several, and NO return call or even an email.nothing.very disappointed. I recently moved to South Carolina and found myself in need of window blind advice. After much internet searching and talking to other blind companies I called A Shade Above the Rest. They were able to quickly solve my window blind issue. They were very professional and were timely and excellent at communicating with me. I will definitely be calling them to replace my window blinds when that time comes.

Solid products with excellent durability and good initial install. Very fair prices. Terrible follow up with hardware that we we were told would be repaired with no response after ~ 6 months (Faulty chain on an outdoor roller shade) Updated review to 4 stars; responded to my email literally the day after my lackluster review went up. Frustrated that it took this review to get them to respond, but they completed their repair work very promptly.

Best Price, Customer Service, and Product. This review is long overdue. They are phenomenal. I shopped online and around for months. I literally tried every store and website that was available to me. Even with my military discount, they beat out every big box store (Home Depot, Lowes). Some sites would appear to be a cheaper price but by the time you add the actual features that are standard from A Shade Above the Rest, the price on the sites is ridiculous compared to theirs.

The quality of the product is outstanding. They were even awesome enough to show me how to install them myself and provide the hardware that they use. They stayed in touch with me. As someone who always shops for the best combination of price vs product, I recommend them to everyone that is looking. If you do your own homework, you will inevitably be going with them.

I would like to take a moment to commend A shade Above the Rest and Tracy for the courteous and professional way they treated us. On other websites and word of mouth I discovered that everyone seems to think they are simply the best. In my mind that is not only true for them but also for me. They were very professional and on time for us. Tracy went out of her way to ensure we were cared for in an expeditious manner and she was always easy to reach.

My husband and I had A Shade Above The Rest install shutters on two windows in the library of our recently renovated home last August.
