From our first contact with R & D Marble recommended by a friend, we were very impressed by the way our first meeting was conducted, the estimator came to our house and shortly after, we had the quote for the work to be done. We were given an appointment for the installers to come and they came on time, very courteous and very professional, they explained what they were doing and were done quickly, WOW! the vanity tops in our two bathrooms are beautiful and very nice. We were always treated with care, attention and most courteous. We definitely recommend R & D MARBLE to anyone needing work done.

We choose R&D Marble to replace our bathroom countertop and we are so glad we did. The new granite top looks amazing. The two man crew removed the old countertop and installed the new one in one hour forty five minutes. Very little mess and the price was way below what we expected. Thank You

Several years ago we had R & D build is a shower. We love our shower and the experience we had with R & D was great. So naturally when we wanted to replace our sinks & countertops they were our first call. Once again they were a pleasure to deal with and did a beautiful job. However, I have had a communication problem with them for over a year. My white quartz sinks have stained very badly and look terrible.

I tried every remedy they suggested and have never used any products on it that were not recommended. I have spoken to Robert multiple times over the past year. I do not blame R & D for the problem and have only asked for a contact person, email or some way to contact the manufacturer about this problem I am asking for nothing else except to be able to give feedback on my experience.

Perhaps it might prevent someone else from having this problem in the future. If I had it to do again I would either select a different color or a different product. Again, all I want is contact information which after many emails and calls Robert has failed to provide.

Lisa was fantastic the minute we walked in. She helped us pick out our granite counter tops and the tile for our backsplash. She was on top of everything from the time we ordered up to delivery. Robert was also a lot of help getting our tile. We worked with R&D a year ago when we remodeled our master bathroom and the results were amazing. Their installation crew presented themselves very professional in both the installation and clean up of both our kitchen and bathroom projects. You won't find anyone better to work with for any remodeling you need.

R&D Marble Company has been a joy to work with very professional and customer service driven. Robert, Adriana and Dal The company's owner made us feel very comfortable working with them. The total process of picking out our quarts to getting the installers to install it was a very smooth process. We would definitely work with them again awesome job

From the minute I walked in, Lisa was so helpful and friendly. We picked out the perfect Quartz for my bathroom and the next day the guys came to template it! Everyone was great, the installers were perfect and we love the finished bathroom! Thanks to everyone at R&D marble for making this old bathroom look fresh and beautiful!

The folks at R&D really understand customer service and did everything they could to make our project a success. Highly recommended! They painstakingly looked at many options to match the waterfall and maximize the slabs. They worked well each step of the way and double checked their work. The result was a fantastic job! We attribute the out come to each person who was involved but want to recognize Robert, Rodney who did the measurements, Michael did the templates and Brian who was In charge of fabrication.

OMG. They were terrific to work with. I had my tub shower and 2 counters replaced. The did such a wonderful. Job. I then had my fireplace mantel replaced. Beautiful colors and such professionalism was much appreciated. The price was also great

R & D marble recently completed remodeling our master vanities, tub, shower seat, window sills, and powder room. This is the second job we have worked with R & D. The first being the upstairs vanities (3) which they did an excellent job. We used Cambria Fairborne which turned out perfect. R & D has been very easy to work with from the installers all the way up to the owners.

We found them all very professional and gave us a confident feeling that the job would be done correctly and in a timely manner. This peace of mind is very important to us as a customer. They worked very well with Cambria and our selection of slabs. Demolition & Installation was fast and efficient. They even saved my beloved wallpaper! I was extremely satisfied with the service and installation. They made special accommodations to measure since me and my wife both work. The demolition and installation went smoothly and the quality was excellent. I will differently be returning to have them take care of our guest bathroom.

I'd give them zero stars if it could post that way, so we'll have to stick with one star. I wish we had known what we were getting into with this cultured marble product from this vendor. The results in our new-construction bathroom were nothing like the displays they had in their show room. For what it cost me to have the walls and tub torn out and redone, I could've had everything done in real carrara marble.

After I sent the tub back for just a white replacement tub (and a shade lighter panels for the surround), I asked the owner if that returned tub was the type of product they were proud to produce. He told me he didn't see anything wrong with it. Well, compare my tub photos with what they display in their showroom, and there is a world of difference in quality.

I asked to at least get credit back on the tub I returned, but the owner won't make any effort to make things right. As it stands, I was out an additional $2500 in this bathroom tub and surround just to make the room presentable. If you use this company, be aware of the quality (or lack there of) of the cultured marble that they produce. I wouldn't use them again to save my life.

I'm a contractor in College station and I gladly use R&D even though they are further away. There quality of service and craftsmanship is head and shoulders above what we can get closer to home.
