Stone Center

Great experience. I had an unusual request and rather than dismissing me off hand, Nick worked with me and ultimately helped me solve my problem. He may have regretted asked me if I had been helped, but I truly appreciated his willingness to work with me.

Customer service sucks.they literally don't care and never call you back to follow up. No one ever knows anything and the wait time to get an order is super long and unpredictable. Whatever time frame they say it takes to get something in will end up being double the time. Also the pricing for material is very pricey.

Great selection of stone - terrible staffing and customer service. Went in and spoke to a sales rep at the front desk and asked for pricing on a specific type, color, and width of stone. Because that pricing was good, we spent an hour in the stone yard picking out the pallets we wanted. Came back inside and spoke to a different sales rep so we could tag our pallets, and she rang us up with different pricing, which was about $3/square foot *more* than the original pricing we were given.

We then spoke to another sales rep and he gave yet another, third, and even higher price per square foot. We asked to speak to a manager and, after about 20 minutes of us waiting while he was in his office, he came out and tried to explain that his various reps were quoting the wrong stone and the highest price was correct. It was about 2 hours total of time wasted because the sales people either don't listen to customers or can't read their computers correctly. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to *NOVA* Stone Center, where the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

This can apply for contractors and homeowners. Before you go to this place, you may want to go a different place to get your material. Stone center has really bad customer service. They are very rude and careless about the customer. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible experience! My husband and I visited this place to find availability and prices of pavers. We had already shortlisted the pavers for our patio. The customer representative was so disinterested in giving us the availability dates. He would not speak up and would whisper into his co-worker's ear. We had to literally ask him the question 4 times before getting any audible answer. They just lost a customer, thanks to that rep. I then gave Merrifield garden center a call and they gave me everything I needed so quickly and efficiently.

I approached Stone Center to ask for a donation for my Eagle scout project. They were incredibly generous and easy to work with, and they were a huge help with my project. Their staff was professional and courteous. Huge thank you to Stone Center, and I highly recommend them for any of your outdoor needs!

Excellent customer service, particularly with Cilia. We've been doing business for over 10 years and she has always been very helpful and quick to respond with our orders and requests. If you ever need help, make sure to ask for Cilia.

This may apply to home owners: A lot of people walking around but no one is willing to really help, very poor customer service. Also there is no return, even if you have been told you can bring back the extras. I would strongly suggest trying other stores first. At least you get proper help and know exactly what you are purchasing.

Exceptional customer service. When I need stone, gravel, dirt, mulch, I turn to these professionals. The front desk folks are extremely helpful answering questions. With the endless possibilities in landscaping it's good to know these guys know the ropes and eager to share their knowledge. I look forward to working with them on my next project.

I suggest to all Internet users not to use concrete of very low quality of stone center or this is what happens to them for cheap!
