Installed the cabinets in my new build home. Service has been absolutely awful. I have had service out multiple times for the same issue and it has not been resolved. On the most recent visit, they scratched my dishwasher and it no longer turns on, because the guy didn't unplug it before pulling it out and bent the plug out of the wall. So that's great.
I tried to call to speak to a manager and I just get put forward to a voice mail. Calling other departments just gets me transferred to the same voicemail. A completely unacceptable level of service.

Explained to the service manager that we needed a circle cut into our cabinet for our appliance vent. The service person showed up with no tools to make a circle cut or ladder. I asked him to wait so I can get in contact with his manager/our builder, he said he can make it work and was in a rush and started making the cut. Made a really messy cut in my cabinet and told me the AC people can just tape around it.
Service person also covered the crazy lines he made in the cabinet, so I did not see it until after he left. Very unprofessional and upsetting because they were told what needs to be done in advance before the scheduled appointment. Now I'm left with a big hole and random cut lines in the cabinet that shouldn't have been there if he didn't rush and came with the right tools!

I purchased a new home on June 30. A cabinet door in the kitchen had a crack in it so a new one was ordered. When the installer came, the new door had a crack as well. Here we are August 4 and today when the installer arrived the door he brought was half the size as the door needed. It is ridiculous that it is going to take 4 trips to have 1 door replaced. Not to mention my husband missed a half day of work in order to meet the installer. Enough of our time has been wasted.

I recently purchased a GE Monogram French Door double wall oven to replace my previous oven which meant I had to make sure the GE oven would fit in the existing cabinet. Everyone at Parrish & Co was proactive and exceptional in helping make sure that we had the precise measurements for and made the adjustments to the cabinet so that when the oven arrived it was a quick and successful installation.
This included Jerry Salazar, Parrish Sales Rep, having two Facetime calls with us to make sure we were reading the GE specification correctly (not as straightforward as you might think) and checking to make sure the installation team could use the hardwire setup that existed from the previous oven. In summary, Parrish & Co delivered superb customer service which seems to be so rarely attempted or accomplished.

The drawer box was installed incorrectly, where the screw cracked the drawer box. Asked to replace the box, technician reordered the box, took 3-4 weeks to get replacement, the replacement was damaged, asked to get a new one with priority, but they scheduled me to have it replaced more than 2 weeks out. Then day before the appt, had to reschedule because the order was on a truck that arrives next week.
My experience with Parrish & Co is very disappointing, where I felt there is no priority or urgency with customer service. The technician is nice and helpful, but they don't seem to have a say in getting the help on materials. This has been about a 2 months ordeal. If I were to get a new house or redo my cabinets, I won't be buying from Parrish & Co.

We had snow in our fireplace insert. I have video of the snow/water pouring into it in February. Not only had we lost power, but we couldn't use our fireplace for heat due to the water/snow in it. We have three children, three dogs and our home was 41 degrees. Due the amount of cold air blowing through the insert, we taped blankets and plastic painter sheets over the fireplace insert to try to mitigate additional temp drop inside our home!
We left our home and went to a friends because the temp was still dropping and we had no way to get warmth into our home. We have owned 6 homes, all with inserts, never had this issue before. Two homes in Colorado, where it snows, and one in Seattle, where it rains! Contacted Parrish a couple weeks later, allowing time for them to get back up and running, they sent a gentleman out who couldn't look at the vent outside.
He moved the rocks around in the fireplace and left stating he would follow up with someone from Parrish that could access the vent. That was March 12th. I have reached out to Parrish, leaving voicemails in their general mailbox, left voicemails with two customer service reps who are working remotely, sent emails, have had my builders superintendent reaching out to them as well, no response! Not even to our super! I am beyond disappointed. When you need the fireplace, it's useless. Just a call back, that's how easily this could be resolved, but nothing!

Just had the absolute worst experience with Parrish & Company. I ordered the pantry style cabinet, and it took almost two months to come in. Then the delivery people sat it in the garage and when the installation tech came to install it in the house; guess what? It should have been put inside. I missed a whole day of work for nothing. Then three days later on the second attempt, the tech comes and tells me that he does not have all of his tools to install the cabinet because they just scheduled him to install it on the morning of and this is after I have taken off another 4 hours of work.
I cannot believe how unprofessional and unorganized this place is and for home builders to use them to put cabinets in new homes blows my mind. I will never use this place again and does not recommend that anyone reading my post do business with them. The rating should really be a negative number! I will have all my cabinets ripped out and replaced before contacting this lousy business!

Disappointed I recently remodeled my kitchen using Woodmont cabinets from Parrish. Parrish was recommended by my contractor and wanted to trust him that he knew we were getting a good deal. I had reviewed this place and thought that even though this place at time had a 2.8 rating thought that I could trust my contractor for getting a good product.
This place lived up to its low rating. First of all, the process to get an appointment took a long time to get, this made me feel good like I was getting something special, it wasn't. Once we let our sales person know what we wanted it took about two weeks before we could get a quote. We received the quote and images showing what was going where but when we wanted to make a change we had to wait 1 week for the sales person to make the change.
Even if it was a simple as changing the depths of one cabinet it took one week. Our 3 changes took added an extra 3 weeks to our total project. When walking around we stated we wanted cabinets that were not builder grade and that we wanted everything to be "soft close." The sales person with Parrish said, "don't worry everything we sell is soft close." I wanted soft close for the fact that once engaged it shut the drawer for you and holds it against the face.
To my surprise, the most used drawer in our kitchen, the trash can, is not soft close. When you close the drawer now it bounces back open about inch. I am constantly reshutting the cabinet over and over again. This was also true for the spice rack. But the most used drawer never shuts on the first time. I have asked the sales person to fix this issue based off his "everything we sell is soft close" promise and he replied with "I do my best to cover all the attributes, sometimes little things like this slip through." I was also enticed by my contractor that I would get a 2% discount by purchasing my appliances and cabinets through Parrish.
I never saw this either. Maybe that was the contractors cut for bring people to Parrish. I just never saw it. Everything I purchased at Parrish from an appliance side, where I can verify prices was at full retail. Overall, I was disappointed with the cabinets as well. I didn't want builder grade but got it. I think I could have gotten something nicer for less money thorough home depot.
Don't let this happen to you. Don't let important things that will matter for the rest of the time you own your kitchen or bathroom "slip through" the salesman's mind where YOU will have to live with it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
