As a contractor, I've never dealt with people with such little empathy and accountability. I spent almost $7,000 on materials on one jobsite within a 6 week period. An overwhelming amount of materials were completely wrong, I understand this happens but they were never checked by the store. The luck of quality control could not be put into words. Specifically Dave handled this entire order, he refused to try to make the situation right, when I have a customer crying in front of me.

They treat the younger generate with such of lack of respect is mind blowing, people like me are what keep the business running for many years to come. You help me and I get you commission checks, pretty simple. They've lost my business, which as "pj" told me is fine. Please save your time, money and the for coming headaches. Floor and decor is much more reasonable and they've resolved any issue I've had more then satisfactory.

I can not stress this enough please do not give this "business" any of your attention, time, money or anything else. Now I am losing money and time on something that I had no control over. Extremely disappointing.
