Kelley is awesome. She is very nice, knowledgable and excellent to work with. Close to Home is a very cool, clean, and modern space right in Burlington. I had a great experience here, what a gem of a store. I would highly recommend Close To Home for any Kitchen / Bath Faucets / Sinks / Hardware and much more.

I've worked with the folks at Close to Home on many projects and they never disappoint! Most recently, I tasked Ernie Hatheway with sourcing interior and exterior door hardware for an old house restoration. He is so knowledgeable about antique homes and did an expert job finding hardware that suits the house and looks beautiful. And Ali White is my go-to for finding bath and kitchen solutions I can't source on my own. A great team to work with!

What I love about this place is first - it's either their interesting quality products or their customer service - they really answer questions and take an interest in your project - it's not a big box store, it's not a bargain shop although I've gotten some great finds including an awesome black graphite sink they'd greatly reduced - a fun place to shop for seriously well made sinks, toilets, tubs, hardware and more.

They just moved into a cool new space off 257 Pine street. Go to the brick building all the way straight back. Easy parking and access. Same great staff and products for when you want to update the bath fixtures and door hardware in your home.

Best place for kitchen and bath products in greater Burlington. Personalized service, design, and a variety of high quality stock. Service is very personable and prompt.

Never thought I'd find shopping for sinks, faucets, toilets, etc. so much fun. I think part of the charm of this place is it's not too big to be overwhelming and yet they manage to have a nice selection of stuff. Much nicer selection, in terms of quality, then Lowes or Home Depot. Tasteful. Salespeople are friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite home furnishing shops in the area. If they don't have something they can order if for you, regardless, they have a great line of vendors that you won't see elsewhere in town.

We have worked with Close to Home for over 10 years, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and will never buy anywhere else. The staff go the extra (10) miles to make sure you get the best products for your job, and even more importantly, they are there to help you if something goes wrong later. Their post sale service has been phenomenal and invaluable (good luck with that at a big box!) Thank you Close to Home!

After closing on my new place, I went directly from the closing to Close to Home to begin dreaming about renovations. Their selection is truly out of the ordinary for this region. The sales staff is patient, knowledgeable and helpful but without pressure. When we found a piece of a vanity was imperfect, they replaced it without any hassle - such a refreshing difference from the big box stores.

A European bath and shower supplier whose showroom is so refreshing. To lounge in a real deep bath, none of this half bath fiberglass nonsense which are about 18 inches high, but a real tub, supping a glass of wine with scented bath oil in the water, is one of the greatest pleasures life offers.and so many folks have yet to discover it! Where I hail from Close to Home would be one of dozens of showrooms displaying exciting and creative fixtures and hardware, but in the rural US and in particular New England their style is refreshingly 21st century!

You can spend a fortune.or spend a modest amount and get knowledgeable staff who will seek out the best deal for you. In particular Ernie who has been our contact for 6 years, bends over backwards to make sure that a client gets what they want and at a fair price. I co-own an inn in Woodstock VT and we have sourced extensively from Close to Home over the years.

Sometimes their prices can be beat, and Ernie has even suggested that I source a particular tap from elsewhere as he cannot compete on price. This honesty is refreshing.however when I have a rare quality problem with an item that he has supplied the replacement service is quick, often getting the supplier to deliver direct to our inn, and his sense of urgency puts any other supplier I have dealt with in the US or the UK to shame!

This customer care makes me go straight to him when we now need new plumbing fixtures etc. Having now refitted 6 bathrooms at the inn I cannot highly recommend this small and impressive business enough! When I wanted a Stark 1 basin at $1600.00 Ernie sourced me a clone that does the job, looks similar and comes at one third of the price. His knowledge is fantastic. Frank the owner has created a business that seems to able to achieve that unusual style, of the client working with the retailer so both parties end up happy. Go visit.and be tempted by those $10,000 tubs!

Close to home is fantastic! They have an amazing line of stylish bathroom fittings & fixtures, and really take the time to help you pick the right items for your project. The pieces go from affordable to extremely high end - this is no Lowe's. The owner, Frank, is a star. A former plumber, he knows his stuff both technically and esthetically.

Not only were they very helpful, but the price is right - they beat out most of the online retailers, and delivered for free. They're moving to South Burlington soon, and I look forward to seeing their new showroom.
