Had my mom's Wolf stove serviced last month. The technician came over to run a diagnosis and came back the next week or so with the parts and ready to fix it. Paid them a good amount and the next day when my mom tried it, the oven was not heating up. Called them and they came back to see what was wrong and charged an extra $300 and a service fee for something that should have been fixed the first time.

We have called Ginger Trevarrow 3 times with no response. We would really like an explanation because even looking at the description of the work they have done makes no sense. In one paragraph they explain how "the oven is working properly but the food is not heating up." Would really like a phone call back and an explanation. The worse part of it all is that this my husband's brother's family so it's truly making us question the integrity of the people running this business.

Was looking for a difficult part for my Wolf system. They responded to my vmail, very nice people and I got the part as advertised. Great experience.

Talk about service after the sale! This showroom doesn't actually sell the appliances. But you can learn about them ahead of time. After you own them, you can go back and take a 3 hour cooking class that is really helpful. Everyone who works here is very pleasant to work with.

If you are considering using these guys for service, I encourage you to think again! Their serviceman is incompetent and they have absolutely no customer service. They don't return calls and they don't care. We bought a home with a Subzero refrigerator and the freezer broke. They sent Jon and he diagnosed the problem, returning the next day to replace a part for nearly $400.

The freezer nevergot cold, and when I got home from work it was warm. He was off the next day but returned the next day to say that it needed $2,000 of additional repairs and he wasn't sure that would correct the problem! I had to buy a $9,500 replacement (which Trevarrow, as distributor, provided to my retailer, and they charged hundreds more to install it.

They refused to refund the service call charge or accept return of the brand new parts which were junked withthe fridge. Our new Subzero has proven to be defective, and after several months began making a 40+ decibel hum (like your neighbor cutting their lawn). Again they sent Jon out who determined that nothing was wrong and that this was normal. What?

They refused to respond to my compalints or my retailer's -- totally stonewalling us. Finally we called Subzero who advsed us to removeeverything from the top shelf of the fridge and freezer, which helped mitigate the noise (but not totally). Now we have lost 20% of the capacity of the frige/freezer and Trevarrow thinks this is acceptable. Please learnfrom our painful lesson -- these guys are awful and don't deserve your business. I'd never buy another Subzero product either. It may be the most expensive fridge out there, but it is not well made and the service is woefully inadequate.

Bought an ice maker and received it with parts missing with the unit. They came to repair it and sent me a bill to pay when the ice maker came without the parts needed originally. When talking to the Manager Dave Engston he was rude and did not want to hear it and told me to just pay the bill.

I bought a Wolf range and hood from Trevarro years ago. The blower fan was not working optimally. We requested a service call. The well-meaning technician flashed his flashlight around a bit, called the store, said he couldn't fix it because parts were not available, then charged me $100. I disputed the bill and racked up another $60 in finance charges.

Now I need work on my range. Once again I tried to "discuss" the bill with Michelle. I begrudgingly agreed to pay the $100 but asked for removal of the late fees. She said no. REALLY?!?!? I guess when you have a monopoly in the area, you can afford to treat your customers shabbily. I love my Wolf, but don't buy from Trevarro.

The owners are very nice. The items in the sample kitchens seem very out of date.
