I'm just a homeowner and I called CRETEX because I needed a seal for one manhole cover to stop smells coming from a septic tank. Spoke to Kevin Lindner and he kindly mailed me a length of seal and a tube of butyl adhesive - no charge. Kind, generous and helpful, you can't ask for more. Thank you Kevin and Cretex.
