I ordered a replacement glass table top for an outdoor dining table. Michelle at PFM was so helpful and got my order placed, produced, delivered and installed in the timeframe quoted. This is an odd review, only because Paul, Glass & Mirror Extraordinaire, did not have the opportunity to do the repair we needed. The windows in our home needed serious repair, but because they are as old as they are, it would really not be cost effective to do it. Both Paul and his wife, Glass & Mirror Extraordinairis, were both quick to respond to my phone call and just as quick to arrive at our home the next morning.

They actually arrived here a few minutes EARLY and got right down to the nitty gritty. Their honesty was above and beyond the norm. There was no pressure on us and they were pleasant people. I feel kind of guilty that I didn't have broken glass somewhere else in the house. The least I can do is to recommend that if you are looking for this kind of service, this is the first person I would recommend. Judging from other reviews and listening to Paul speak, there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that Paul knows his way around glass, but it is equally important that when having a service done, it is always a better experience dealing with someone who is as personable as Paul and Michelle.

We appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to fit us into their busy schedule, come to our home, and explain to us in layman's terms the work that would have to be done. I will keep their telephone number for the future. Being the klutz that I am, somewhere down the line I just might have to have them back. In the meantime, I hope that you take the time to read this review and give PFM serious consideration for your glass and mirror needs; and to Michelle and Paul, thank you so much for your help.

Stumbled upon this place on a Sunday when most places are not working. They were so accommodating. They sent a technician out who fixed our broken window quickly, and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish at a very reasonable price. They did a fantastic job removing large mirrors from my living room wall. Will use them again for any window, glass, mirror work in the future.

PFM Glass installed 2 vanity mirrors for me! They provided a fair quote and walked me though the process! There was a scratch on one of the mirrors and they replaced it no questions asked!

I needed to replace a cracked mirror on a closet door. Michelle and Paul were both extremely professional throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with PFM glass. I used them to install a glass shower door. They were professional, responsive, delivered earlier than stated and cleaned up after themselves. The door is beautiful.

I called PFM to remove wall mirrors in my dining room in a house I just moved into. They were able to come later that day. Michelle told me that they do a lot of work in the development I moved into. Paul and a technician came out and they were efficient and removed the heavy mirrors from the walls with suction cups. They were so neat, careful and professional while removing mirrors.

No glass was shattered as I thought would happen. Michelle and the men that did the work were extremely personable and gave me a fair price for the work. I highly recommend this company as I had an extremely positive experience with them. Thank you!

I own the retro fitness, and this company came and helped me multiple occasions. The reason I am giving a five star. Is they fixed my door and it broke at no fault of there own they came free of charge and fixed it again. I only come to them, if it's a door or a window. Hell if I dont know if they can fix it I ask. The price is not to bad and with the service the provide it is Phenomenal.

If you complain that they are not quick that's a lie. they came to my gym multiple times same day as complaint. Even when one of there guys couldn't come the owner came and helped me to see what the issue is. If you need help call them

Extremely professional. These people are true experts with excellent pricing. Do not bother going elsewhere. PFM Glass does big commercial jobs as well as residential. I am a realtor and have recommended them countless times. All my clients report 100% satisfaction and this is why I keep on recommending them. Sometimes windows are oddly shaped and broken seal, PFM replaces glass solves all problems effortlessly and timely. Any problem to do with small or luxury jobs, they handle with ease. Very helpful and friendly staff. I shopped around and they gave me the best price/value I can find. They came out the next day and took measurements. I waited a little less than week for installation. Michelle is great and would recommend coming here. If you find a better price she will work with you to match.
