The lady that answers the phone is by far the worst person to have dealing with customers. She needs to go work by herself because her attitude is horrible. This is the second encounter i had with her, i let the first time slide but this time she got to me. I dont understand why she is the way she is but please all points, dont let her work with customers.

So I called and had a simple question about what screws to use to secure tracks for storm panels onto my house with a specific substrate stucco over wood. The answer I received was to call an Engineer. Really? Better off going to home Depot at least as their slogan goes you can do it we can help. Incidentally, I did call Home Depot and they were able to help. So much for trying to support a small business :

Customer service is terrible, extremely slow, they have no knowledge of what they are selling. if you can go somewhere else you will save time and hard time

They are out of shutter lithium, the guy at the sales desk tells me two weeks. I said really two weeks is a long time. He then tells me I should've purchased more the last timeAnd looks at me like an idiot. Shouldn't they have ordered more six months ago? They overshot a supply store with no supplies and a bad attitude. They forget who pays the salary, the customers.

I would never talk to my clients that way and presume they're ready it's because they did not order more the last time. Who would have imagined they would be out of shucker grease at a shutter supply store. Recommendation, be more courteous to your customers
