Detroit did not have a resource like this at the time, so there was a clear opportunity for success. Poor phone customer service I was told over the phone that they closed at 4:30 and when I arrived the lady was very smart it was my first time there and she told me well is it obvious that the parking lot empty umm no cause I never been and it's snowing out I would of been ok if she would of been more pleasant talking to me.
