The best part about finding out about plastic depot is that I never have to go back to Gavrieli Plastics ever again. Kyle was very pleasant to work with he gave me a really good price which increases my profit on the job and he didn't charge me for over 69 cuts if that's not beautiful customer service I don't know what is. I will definitely be coming back here for future buys. Thank you

Very friendly and welcoming business which is very important to any customer. I was working on a small project and was looking for light defusing plexi-glass. Called Plastic Depot and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone which blew me away, usually businesses profile you in order to give you a price based on how you look and what u drive. Once I showed up I was shown different options that would work better with my project, was given tips and even extra scrap material to practice cutting!

I was blown away by the service and my final quote was only cents off from what I was initially told! I definitely recommend you check this place out, from small single DIYers to huge commercial projects, this is the place! Will definitely go back every time I need plastic! Thank you!

Helpful, fast and easy. Got the piece I needed very kind and helpful, I do admit there phone line isn't the best called a few tines before I actually got through to someone but once I did, extremely helpful.

The lady who answered the phone is rude. She can't give you information over the phone. She wants you to go to the store to get prices. I don't recommend this place.

I have been using them for years. They can do just about anything, very helpful and creative. I appreciate having them as a resource.

THESE guys are AMAZING!. I went in with a time sensitive project and just an idea of what I needed. They took the time to quickly sketch out what the best solution would be. in 2 DAYS, as promised, they handed me 6 custom acrylic stands, at a VERY reasonable price, that exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for being one of the ever fewer reliable vendors in town!

I dont know where these good reviews are coming from but this place is hands down extremely unprofessional. Ive been waiting for over a month now for my product ( two 12'x3" and two 8'x3" plexi sheets) and when i call them to get an update on a tuesday, their "manufacturer " (a guy named javier) assures it will be ready on thursday. I couldnt make it out Thursday or friday as i work during the week and rheyre not open weekends.

I made time to come the following monday(4days later) and my peoduct isnt finished and now asking me to take more rime off to come the following day. I told them i couldnt take off so the "manufacturer " set it up to where he could meet me there on Saturday. After all the hassle i figure its the least they could do. I arrive Saturday (today) to pick my order up and javier is now nowhere to be heard from and still havent gotten a response. I will never bring buisness here or recommend this place. Ill keep an update on how my next encouter with them goes since they still have my peices that i brought in.

Have been going here for years and it's a one-of-a-kind shop. Everyone there is always helpful (you might have to peel a layer off the surface a bit at first though) and they're always looking out for their customers. I always get everything I need, and then some. And if they don't have it, they'll get it in a matter of a few days. I recently moved a bit farther away but I still make the drive up to do business here. And always will. Thanks!

Got super lucky found what I needed in the scrap bin. The counter person was helpful but not a follow you around the store type. I had a very positive experience, guess we'll see when I start ordering thin plastic sheet.08 to.138 thickness should be Interesting it's for pick guards and cover p, ates for body cavities. Then I can give a real review.

Great team of professionals that know all things plastic. Look no further if you have a project large or small.

Terrible customer service. Contacted them about a job that was emailed via there website. Called a couple of days later to see if they received the job and how long it would take to complete. The women very abruptly said that "It is on his desk, knows about it and will get to it when he can". WHAT? Kyle simply cannot follow direcions. Sent three files.a JPEG diagram that included the measurements of each piece and two EPS logo files (which any graphic professional knows are scalable because they are vector based files).

They sent over a quote for their services 4 days later along with a CC auth form. The quote was incorrect in stating that we were ordering black acrylic. We responded with CC info and corrected them on the colors that we were needing. When I arrived to pick up the items they were the wrong demensions and the wrong color (BLACK). When I advised him that it was wrong?

He proceeded to argue with me and advised that he didn't pay attention to the jpeg diagram because autoCAD only recognizes vector files. He said that he thought the file was "just for the project" and autoCAD cannot open jpegs. WHY WOULD ANYONE SEND YOU SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULDNT NEED TO SEE!?!?!?!? Rather than admit he messed up he blamed the customer. Kyle stated that he wasn't going to alter some one else's art.

It is a logo for a network and any designer/ graphic designer/ architect/ web designers/ contractors/ builders that deals with vectors knows they are scalable and may need to be adjusted based off of the type of equipment being used. The fact that Kyle couldn't follow directions and then blamed the customer for his own error are a clear demonstration of what you will get if you request services from this business. We found a remarkable vendor in Echo Park called LASER OVER LOS ANGELES! The are incredible, value you their customers and are on their game!

The store isn't worth the drive for such bad customer service. The poor services of Kyle drives away paying customers that makes this location lose a lot of money. Don't waste your precious time and money here and move on to their competitors.

I called in and talk to Kyle over the phone, he was kind enough to order what i needed and cut in size for an on going project, after picking them up and got to the job site noticed a simple error is size, explained the problem to Kyle and he was nice enough to re-cut with out a charge even geting there after closing he kindly accepted the materials and told me it would be ready first thing in the morning. i dont understand all the negative reviews maybe people are still under impression that customers are always right, being a self employed that is not the case all the time some times customers should treat people the way they want to get treated

Spoke with kyle on the phone, asking about getting a few acrylic pieces cut. I needed one diagonal cut, so he asked me to send plans and he would get back with a quote. He was rude and short on the phone, and never sent the quote. I'll just wait until I'm back in the bay area, TAP plastics is mile ahead of this place.

I just read some of these reviews, and I feel like this place isn't getting the credit it deserves, because everytime I come here, and ive been coming here for a couple years now, the owner, "Bill" is always super friendly, very helpful and knowledgable---despite the fact that the store's always got people being helped and the phones are ringing constantly and everyone feels like their issue is super important, you know.

He always answers my 20 questions and even takes the time to brighten my day with a laugh, so this place deserves 5 stars for sure. I've been to the other one up north and a few other places, and i go out of my way from Hollywood to go here, they're that good. I'm a real person, and this is a real review.
