Ordered 3 custom beams from 'Better Header' earlier this year for a renovation project and couldn't be happier with the experience. Be sure you don't need to cancel or change your order! I placed the order late Friday before Labor Day holiday weekend. First thing Tuesday morning I was at the supply house correcting the order. Better Header had the nerve to tell me that the steel was already ordered and production had begun. Seriously over a holiday weekend which I was told they were closed during. They had the nerve to charge 30% "RESTOCK" Absolute Joke
